the amount of times I have been left looking stupid standing in front of a bus that pulls off literally as I'm in front of it is ridiculous and has happened too many for me to give this anything more than a 1 star. I literally get stared at by the driver as they watch me sprint to make the bus to catch my class just to pull off anyway with an EMPTY bus to and from my college on SEVERAL different occasions across several drivers. read more

Usually love taking the bus to campus because it's so easy but this semester the buses have made me late just about every time Ive taken them. Sometimes it's just an account of traffic, but today there were two buses in a row for my route that wouldn't let people on because they were taking a break. I completely understand that the drivers need a break regularly, but I can't wait 20 minutes every time I need a bus especially because sometimes I only have so long between my classes to grab lunch or something, the breaks should be staggered so it doesn't disrupt the route. I've also had multiple friends tell me that their drivers this year have stopped in the middle of the route, with lots of students still on the bus, to eat or take a smoke break. If the bus schedule can't be relied on, how are students off campus expected to make it to class on time? read more

Walked 1/2 mile to catch a bus. After it arrived 5 minutes late, we learned that they do not accept credit cards. We ended up using Uber which arrived only 3 minutes later and dropped us at our front door. It's 2015... Catch up and accept credit cards! read more

So apparently Citibus no longer services Lynnwood and I had to find out the hard way on the first day of school after waiting 30mins. The stop still has the Citibus sign and the website still shows Lynnwood. Got to a ride to school and drove by the bus which still clearly had Lynnwood on display. There's simply no way to learn about these kinds of things beforehand. Think of all the people that got to school late or were unable to because we couldn't plan for this. read more
