Business has been under New Management for 3 plus years now. The service you get now is not what you would get back then. Leticia has really took over and made sure all customers are getting what they paid for. But of course you will have some that just need to complain but those are the people that never happy with any kind of service they get. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure Limo drivers and customers have a safe trip to location area and drop off location. All I can say is never judge a book from it's cover and reviews from more that 5 years. I believe this is the only Limo service that has been in Lubbock texas for over 30 years. We used white Knight's as a safe ride to and from a New Year's Eve party and they were great. Scottie was our driver and he was accommodating and friendly to every request. Terrible customer service. I'd highly suggest not using this company that is not customer orientated.
