Waste of money. Due to idiotic liberal policies in LA in which every criminal gets a citation and no jail time, we felt it was necessary to seek professional help to stop all the breaking and enterings to our business. After reading the great reviews here, I decided to go forward with this and felt relieved initially that help was finally on the way. After only 2 days, I noticed something wasn't right when break ins were still occurring and no guards were to be seen on our surveillance footage. I contacted the company and a different guard started showing up a few days later. Needless to say, the same non-service was provided and break ins kept occurring. After 1 month, I decided to pull the plug because it was evident that we were receiving only lip service. I 100% don't recommend this company. read more

Was at a Bell Gardens Taco Bell on July 5, @8:35pm when I was approached by one of their guards. He said he didn't like my American flag and then proceeded to use foul language. He then followed me into the establishment where he said some more foul things then left. Recently had A flat tire and my phone was dead. Luckily I met a Security Officer by the name Jose Riva while looking for help at the closest shopping center. He was great, he found and called a towing company for me and stood by my side till the tow truck showed up in the middle of the night made sure I was safe. These clowns are so incompetent it's not even funny. I wish i could give them zero stars but that isn't possible. We hired them some time ago and to say that they are untrained and unprofessional is being charitable. They show up to the post and immediately get on their phones and their eyeballs are planted onto the phone screens until their shift is completed. The job that we've hired them to do is so simple that a ten-year-old child could perform it, and yet, they fail miserably each and every day to perform the smallest of tasks. These guys are a sham, a fraud, and most of all, they are an embarrassment. We would have been better off hiring the Keystone Cops than this so-called security company. Save your money and a lot of headaches and hire anybody but Citiguard. What a joke! read more

We contracted with Citiguard for 2 evenings and 2 days worth of guard service. The first evening no guard ever showed up. The next day a guard did show up but she was wearing a tank top instead of a professional security look. The following week a guard did show up for the evening properly attired and provided competent service. The next day that same guard arrived quite late (reason given - freeway accident but was 2 hours late). We had contacted Citiguard when the guard was a (we thought) a no show and they promised that someone would be there. After the scheduled guard arrived late a 2nd guard showed up (so they were at least trying). Our billing initially had charges for the first evening that nobody showed up but that was corrected. So, our experience definitely needed to be a lot better for us to consider using this company again. This might be an outlier, but I'm not going to test that. read more
