My appointment was scheduled for 2:45 , I got there at 2:30pm the office was busy. Each time they came out with a folder , I was hoping they would call my name but they didn't. After about an hour I was finally called into the exam room. I had an X-Ray done onsite., 10 mins later Dr. Gerber came into the exam room. Dr. Gerber has good bed side manner. He looked over my MRI reports that I brought to the office as well as the X-Rays. He was attentive and offered several treatment options, I didn't feel pressure to my decision. referred me to a great physical therapy place. Although my visit with Dr. Gerber went well , I would probably see him again at a different location.

Even though there are a lot of people in there, no one is bumping into each other and they are not crowding anyone's space while practicing social distancing. I see the sanitizing after ever single piece of equipment was used I wasn't to please about the escort because there was no greeting at the initial contact or introduction, the just called you're name and walked you to the back but on my 3rd visit Rebecca made me have a change of mind as she greeted me and explained everything that she was doing which made me realize that people work differently and deal with people different.
