They offer to pay a lum sum of co pay at the beginning for 30 sec to 1 min adjustment. I normally, don't leave for bad reviews for people, but I have to do it for this one. Please get a second opinion after seeing this doctor Drobbin . I went there for a small issue I was having, and walked out, thinking I had all of these spinal problems, and I would be developing a hunchback in a few years. I have never known a doctor to discuss payment plans for treatments right after he scares you with a horrific diagnosis. Wanted me to pay upfront for 36 treatments. Wanted me to come three times a week as well. Gave me an adjustment that caused me so much pain. I could barely sit up for two weeks. I saw an orthopedic surgeon to discuss the diagnosis because I was very scared. The x-rays the orthopedic surgeon took looked completely different than the ones this doctor showed me. Told me, I was in so much pain at the moment because the muscles in my neck and shoulders were torn from the adjustment he gave me. I should've seen the red flags when he Asked me over and over again if I saw his wonderful reviews online and looked at all the testimonials for all his different treatments. So please, if you go to this doctor, do not pay upfront get a second opinion first. The x-rays they gave me as a copy were blank as well. The orthopedic surgeons office tried everything to look at them, but they told me there was nothing on the discs. The orthopedist was very upset with what Dr Drobbin said about my condition. Told me my spine was completely healthy and all of drobbins treatments would have been very damaging. read more

I went for treatment for excruciating lower back pain. He took X-rays and then devised a treatment for migraines. He came up with a ridiculous treatment plan of visits 3 times per week. Costing me thousands of dollars. Plus billing my insurance. He and his staff assured me that my visit was covered by my insurance my copay was $50 plus another $50 for a stupid pillow that my dog sits on. He took X-rays and cracked my neck so rough that my entire body rattled and felt all my bones in my spine ricochet. He stated that I would feel so much better. No treatment for my lower back. I went home only to have more lower back pain and a huge migraine that lasted three days after wards. He even had the audacity to call me to see how I'm feeling. When I told him I had a huge headache, his response was your still coming to your next appointment. Till this day my neck still feels unstable, I was so upset I asked for my X-rays and to never contact me again. Three months later I get an invoice from my insurance for a bill of $2035 of which I am forced. to pay $643. Drobbin is sad excuse of a doctor with his practices and makes even the sleaziest car salesman look like a saint. Just a huge scam! read more

This doctor is an arrogant jerk, treats people with absolutely no respect and is completely unprofessional. i had a groupon to this place and unfortunately due to a massive accident i was delayed for over 2hours. i tried to reschedule to a later time and they refused to even try to work with me. i was willing to accommodate if they were willing to do the same, but instead i was met with snide remarks from the doctor including him mocking me and asking if I wanted to say Hi to the masseuse who would have worked on me. He basically told me it wasn't his problem I cant get to a simple location on time, despite me explaining I was in gridlock for over 2hours.
