Our trainer, Monica, was excellent with Daisy and what I loved most about her was that she would explain to us how she was training our dog and also why she would do something a certain way. A lot of times she would comment about how this reinforces some sort of behavior or would boost Daisy's confidence, etc. At one point of our training Daisy didn't take well to the previous lesson (down lesson) and Daisy wasn't receptive to the next training session and was extremely nervous and jittery. Monica picked up on this right away and instead of just charging through, took a step back to assess the situation and told us that this lesson would be free since Daisy wasn't herself and even considered bringing another trainer in. We were extremely appreciative of this gesture and found it to be very considerate and professional. We were a little nervous starting out the training because Daisy is an extremely sensitive and submissive dog, but at the end of the training (which was today) her confidence levels are much higher and she seems to be a much happier dog!!! Daisy is far from perfect but her discipline and manners are getting better every day and we love seeing her progress and growth. We highly recommend Off Leash K9 Training. We did a ton of research and even met with other companies but we could not have been happier with our choice.

This time he tried to say it was because of matting- they got matted because of how they were cut last time. Hey also took our other dog to the vet because he was limping- not bleeding, not crying, but favoring a leg. He's old! He gets stiff when he's been sitting. They could have called before taking him, but they said "Well our policy says if it's urgent we take them immediately." That was not urgent! So they removed him from the store, had who knows what person transport him, and took him to an unknown vet because he's old and has a stiff leg. Never again!

After spending two weeks with Pawsitive Care, and then doing day training with them for a week, she has improved so much! She's learned to walk on her leash and stay beside me waiting for me to let her know when to walk or stop, she can literally shake off her anxiety when she gets too keyed up, and she's learned to stop jumping and sit to wait for pets instead of climbing all over you. Asked about them coming out, and although I didn't want to even think about it if she was better off being sent off to heaven. Girl said, yes Dr Souza can do that and he will bring a blanket to wrap her in. I said okay and she asked for payment of over $100 for mobile visit. I assumed that there might be an additional small charge worse case. Dr and asst showed up, spent a few minutes checking leg and speaking about situation and I decided it was best for her not to suffer. They were here about 15-20 min maybe. I took my other service dog for walk and probably 20 min after they left I get a call about paying for additional service. (Very unprofessional to bother someone that quick) I said I paid over $100 and they were here and provided service. There's an extra charge for blah blah.. nothing was mentioned when I asked about it on phone originally. I don't care charge card and I hung up. Very pissed off and my PTSD activated. 2x 100% disabled combat veteran and expect honesty, integrity and respect and got not much of that. Was charged a fairly large sum and the 15 min service was around $300. To me that is ridiculous. Make a little money I get it but don't take advantage of people. Dr was nice and seemed authentic but serious issues and would not recommend them.

You can tell that Dr. Suazo loves animals of all kinds! He will tell you if he believes your pet needs more specialized care than he can offer locally, and help coordinate approvals for you to transport them to a specialized medical facility in Houston, if necessary. I've never had a better veterinarian than Dr. Suazo. He and his staff love pets. They are the best and they give the best care for your beloved pet, big or small.

Katherine did amazing with her Lola was calm the entire time and was actually able to relax while getting her nails trimmed. I have had my fence for almost 3 years and…read moremy dog, nor I, could do without it! i live on a busy road and if weren't for my pet stop fence, my dog would have to be chained up-something I don't believe in doing! I had a few issues, husband cut the fence, my dog got use to the minimal shock, and he grew out of the small prongs on the collar, batteries died. BUT Tina was right on it!! She came right out and repaired the fence, sent the new prongs for my now large dog, and helped me reprogram for his needs. All at no charge! I did and still do have to order batteries every 4-6months but a small price for my dogs freedom to roam the property, and for my piece of mind!
