Respectfully, I am submitting this review to describe my experience with this company…read more I hired them to do a deep clean, and while they were very nice and friendly, they didn't do the deep clean that they told me they would do. Only about half of their comprehensive list of cleaning services for their deep clean were done, despite them charging me their full deep clean fee. They agreed in writing what cleaning services would be done for the deep clean price, supplying a detailed list of the deep clean services via text, but they didn't do many of the things they said were included. We did a superficial clean ourselves before they came, so that they could focus on all the deep clean services. They spent 2 hours at our house, which amounted to about $100 per hour. Part of that cost were two extra fees on top of the normal deep clean fee to clean the fridge and for having a pet. They only wiped down two shelves on the fridge, not touching the drawers or door shelves, which were noticeably dirty. They didn't vacuum or clean the only two chairs that our cat sits on, leaving hair and spots. They didn't vacuum or mop the stairs, which was supposed to be included. They only cleaned a couple of windows, although cleaning all the windows was supposed to be included. They didn't clean the glass on the front door, also supposed to be included. They cleaned around things like toys and shoes and small rugs, instead of moving them and cleaning under them, leaving those areas untouched, despite being noticeably dusty and dirty. They didn't clean the walls in the shower, leaving them noticeably grimy and dirty. They didn't clean the top of ceiling fans, only the bottoms, even though they said they would do the tops, and we supplied them with a ladder to reach them. They didn't clean light fixtures, which were noticeably dusty/spotty. They left several shelf surfaces dusty and untouched, and didn't clean the baseboards. All of these things were supposed to be included. They asked my wife and I to walk around when they were done and point out anything they missed. The only thing they then cleaned that we pointed out to them was the front of kitchen cabinets that they hadn't done. As we began to point out other things, they told us they would come back to clean them. Eight days went by and they hadn't come back or given us a date to come back, despite us having texted them the day after the cleaning to let them know all the things that hadn't been done. The owner replied to the initial text and told us that they would come back, but then a week went by without hearing back from them. When we texted them again to check in after that week, the owner texted us back saying they couldn't get to us for two and half more weeks, that they were trying to to fit us in, but they didn't offer an appointment or ask us when a good day would be. If they really planned on coming back, they would have come back during that first 8 days, or at least made an appointment, not just shelve us for over three weeks without any scheduling whatsoever. After that text exchange, we assumed they weren't actually going to come back, so we told them that we would just finish the job and hire someone else in the future, as we had guests coming to town and needed the house to be clean for their arrival. I wish the experience had been different. Respectfully, it was very disappointing.

He does, but he's going out of town for a long weekend. Have a great time. I never heard back from him. I'm not going to beg you to take my money although I sure did give them plenty of chances. Ran across another landscaper on my way home. $10,000 later and I'm LOVING my new front yard and side yards. Ready to tackle the backyard now. DUDE...you missed out! As a side note...I posted this review and the owner contacted me and suggested I have the wrong company. Made me feel bad so I told him I'd pull the review but also said that I was pretty sure it was his company and gave him the reasons why. Never heard from him again to assure me or explain why he was sure it wasn't his company. And I'm positive I have the right company, so I'm posting the review again.

Aside from that, he was able to refer me to a pest inspector and bundled that into the total cost. His prices are fair and he also runs some specials time to time. He was very responsive and stayed in touch throughout. He and a trainee showed up to refinish the door and did an efficient job. I asked for the outer weather strip to be replaced, and was surprised to have been charged $100 for it! While I authorized the work, there was no mention from Nick of how much more it would cost - perhaps my fault for not specifically asking! Door was refinished as promised, but the color turned out to be more cherry than mahogany (original). See photos of exterior and interior below. Plus the white plastic weather strip left a mark on the outer edges of the newly finished door. Took his advice to allow for a period of time prior to closing door - left the door open for several more hours than recommended to allow it to dry - yet, the mark on the door. Plus found nails at various locations on the floor - thankfully no one had stepped on them. Called Nick right away and he agreed to come by when he was in the vicinity and touch up the marks. He has still not shown up, his phone does not accept voicemail ..had referred him to a friend, glad they have not yet contacted him! Following impressive responsiveness at the front end, very poor follow through with zero response/communication. Was charged $415 for refinishing just the exterior and installing the plastic strip - (paid promptly; I had to step away and wife paid) feel a bit taken, unfortunately. Was promised an annual maintenance visit for $99...thankfully, I did not pay for that service. There appear to be cheaper/better door refinishing options around.

Dogs from other yards were coming into mine and having a field day. The bushes and greenery all around my home had also taken a beating by the recent freeze. Several were completely dead. Travis from Team Lawn Service came out to my home and replaced all of my missing fence planks as well as fixed the ones that were loose (which was over and beyond what he had to do). He also trimmed and treated the bushes. Everything looks wonderful! He provided me with updates over the course of the time that it took him to complete the work and was extremely responsive and caring to any questions or concerns that I had. I fully trust Travis and his team to work on my home at any time.

His team takes care of the HOA application. Taylor is extremely knowledgeable about the screens (and pools too) and was able to answer all my questions is a very speedy manner. His team showed up early to do the work, were very polite, and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The work is solid and everyone who has come over has remarked about the high quality of the screens. Taylor has been the best business owner I have ever worked with, across all businesses. I wish he did more than screens and pools!

On July 1 I entered a contract with Southland pools for a pool enclosure. The company didn't apply…read moretil August, as my HOA has a 30 day policy to respond to projects, at the end of August they responded that they would not approve the project, citing building specifications, height restriction. The company advised against submitting another proposal, one with drawings because it would just be a waste of money. I asked for a refund and the employee said only the owner/manager, Taylor Romero, could do that. I tried calling. No response. I emailed. After 2 days waiting I called the employee, who said that he would talk to Mr. Romero. Mr. Romero finally emailed and said that he could only return half of the deposit. I emailed back saying that it was excessive. At a minimum I should receive two thirds of the deposit or at least 60%. Again no response til a couple days later. When he said no. It's September 11 and I don't know when I will get my refund, if i do get it. A business, who works like this, should not be in business.

Plus they are WAY larger than a standard Chihuahua, try 12-15lbs! The size of a pug... Breeder does not let you meet the parents, and she does no DNA testing. Our poor dogs have such painful health issues, hearing loss, and behavioral issues stemming from this poor breeder. She lies. Period. Be prepared for expensive surgeries and specialist vet visits every few months. We bought a pair of siblings. Both have extensive pain and mobility issues from poor genetics. They were born with these genes there is nothing you can do, expect to support them with love and tons of $$$ for vets and physical therapy, medications, supplements, fresh foods. Even with the best care, and best trainers, they have pain. These puppies are NOT purebred chihuahuas. Please Do not be fooled. Do not support this type of breeder. She is an overpriced puppy mill. cryptorchidism, Hearing loss, hip dysplasia, learning disabilities, temperament issues, immune system issues as well.

Everyone please be aware that in the State of Texas there is very little consumer protection for new home buyers. But if you are willing to put in the time, you can file a report with the BBB, Have signs made warning before you buy, and place them around town, and on your car. file a complaint with HADD, Contact all elected officials by letter and phone, contact the TRCC, this may be costly but worth it! File a complaint with the Federal trade Commission. Most of all contact the city and review city records. Will try to go after the subcontractors also. There are many licensing boards. Plan a peaceful protest in front of the business with your signs. Try the news stations. Plane to visit all surrounding cities and ask for permits to be declined until the house is fixed. Please wish me luck on this endeavor! Whether you build a million dollar home or a $165,000 home, there should be integrity! All we want is a house done right, we aren't after perfection, just a house done right, that is safe and comfortable! We want a driveway, where soil was washed out from under it to be corrected, we want floor tile that is professionally installed, not where it stops a inch away from cabinets, we want a roof with sealed shingles and all lumps and bumps removed from roof under shingles, we want insulation placed in the attic, we want the master tub that is tiled up the side to have something at the top other than exposed rough tile, we want a window that's not bowed, we want painted walls and trim that aren't poorly and amateurish done! We want the Hardie siding that was cut too short to be re done, We want the gaps, cracks and damaged grout to be replaced. We want all out leading doors sealed, so you can't the day light through them. We want window screens on windows, We would prefer the attic door stairs installed correctly with correct size screws not finishing nails, we would like the wall plates and receptacles installed flush with wall, not to be a fire hazard! We would like the laundry receptacles to be ground fault protected. We would like a dedicated plug for the refrigerator. We would like the air vents properly strapped/secured up and not touching the others! We would like kitchen cabinets that you can actually open with out bending all the way down and grab from the bottom. We would like the carpet spot,dent in bedroom, as if someone left a hunk of padding out, a hole you dip down in, as you walk. Lankford, we aren't asking for much, as any respectable builder would have done these things, by the way we had no construction foreman, nor do you get a builders walk through, of course this isn't the million dollar home but the $165,000 home that is being purchased! It should not matter!!
