Their response was to recommend that I move a water spout, which they now say is the apparent cause of the cracking. For a driveway that cost this much and is less than a year old, this is completely unacceptable. The lack of responsiveness and the attempt to shift responsibility after the fact have been extremely disappointing. It was a difficult job because the existing concrete driveway had a 3" asphalt cap on top of it which first had to be torn out and taken to a separate processing facility.
