I contacted their office three times, sent two emails, and left three text messages for their sales manager, Julio, before finally receiving a call back. Their response was to recommend that I move a water spout, which they now say is the apparent cause of the cracking. For a driveway that cost this much and is less than a year old, this is completely unacceptable. The lack of responsiveness and the attempt to shift responsibility after the fact have been extremely disappointing. I would not do business with Titan Pavement again, and I would caution others to think carefully before hiring them.

It was a difficult job because the existing concrete driveway had a 3" asphalt cap on top of it which first had to be torn out and taken to a separate processing facility. Steve personally came out to give me a quote and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and the best way to accomplish it.
