Yes, they do offer mobile banking and bill pay but it's a lot slower and not user friendly. With today's world, everything revolves around debit purchases and is fast paced. Unless she's on the phone, expect a warm greeting. She always has something for the kids, sticker, lollipops, and last time we were in, silly bands. No matter how long the line is, the wait is never bad. There are always plenty of tellers working. They offer truly free banking and I love them for it. I have made 3 appointments and been totally blown off twice, the final time being today to start the process . Today, Barbara neglected to even provide the courtesy of a phone call before I got there and was told she wasn't in the office but if I wanted to call... I went to another lender. I'd use this bank for anything but mortgage lending services as the staff cannot be bothered to even show up for a scheduled 1st appointment and won't give even the courtesy phone call leaving you in a lurch. 4 or so years ago I had the same experience w/ Tara who had an appointment to call and just never even bothered to do so.
