I had money in several other accounts and typically am charged a 5 dollar transfer fee. The issue was when I tried explaining it to the member service representative, she was rude, didn't want to deal with it and basically told me too bad. I had to fight with her to have a manager give me a call back at the actual Manchester branch. The woman who called me was also rude and basically told me too bad and that I should watch my money better. I actually have this message on my voicemail, which was their first mistake. Are they aware that the online banking works once a month and the phone line are almost archaic? I'd love to watch my money too, if I had a bank that had an online banking system that actually worked. I think it's time we go to a different credit union. Used to be a nice little bank but within the last few years the fees are just as bad as literally any other bank now.
