Yes, they do offer mobile banking and bill pay but it's a lot slower and not user friendly. With today's world, everything revolves around debit purchases and is fast paced. It took them two weeks to get our debit cards to us and two weeks to get bill pay working correctly. I will be looking to switch again very soon.

At most times you can walk in and sit down with a manager within minutes. They are very reasonable fee wise and have way better service than the large chain banks!

Unless she's on the phone, expect a warm greeting. She always has something for the kids, sticker, lollipops, and last time we were in, silly bands. No matter how long the line is, the wait is never bad. There are always plenty of tellers working. They offer truly free banking and I love them for it. I will continue to do my banking here and be treated like a king.
