They intern sent us to our bank, which up until now was Bank RI. We have been customers for 27 years, the business for 15. We dealt with the Woonsocket branch directly. I'll spare you the details, but I was stunned to learn today with the second round of funds being dispersed that they decided to stop processing our application and taking any new applications. Our application can not be located, and we were told quite bluntly and rudely that they are not taking applications anymore by both the person we were dealing with and the branch manger. Completely unprofessional. If you want to give them your business and get zero back when you actually need it, these are the guys for you!
