I am not kidding. The commercial that just came on as soon as I wrote that sentence was the Hershey's kiss commercial with that song. Freaky...... So I apologize for that crack, love IS what the world needs!! Back to the review. I love this branch because they remember me and do not make me jump thru hoops for the simplest tasks (my constant wrapped coin returns). The tellers actually try to engage you in a decent conversation while your transaction is being completed. Plus they give my pooch a cookie when I use the drive-thru. The flip side, the hate part of the relationship. I can never get someone on the phone to discuss my questions. It seems right on the mark seeing the automated society we live in. But please the branch serves such a small segment. Half the people in this state have no clue where the hell Bellingham is. So I figure that answering the phone is no problem for all the ladies they have working there. All in all I like my little branch and the dog likes the cookies!

I've never been compelled to write a review for a bank but I went to the Middlesex bank in Medfield to use the coin machine which broke so i decided to come here instead. Smiles greeted me in and when I was done, I went to the desk to have the loveliest conversation with the bank teller. It was calm, it was happy, it was an experience that I will be returning to have. Well done.
