They truly couldn't care less about you unless you fit their criteria of racial and ethnic biases. They truly will treat you like nothing if you don't make the amount they want you to make. Don't even get me started on the blond manager that sits in her office and does shit, with her henchmen at the front desk doing her every bidding. They will make you feel like you don't know anything by speaking in redundancy and irrelevancy. Shouldn't even be called a credit union due to their absolute lack of care for their members. Truly hope they go bankrupt, members pull their funds, and the NCUA doesn't save them. Do better. - and to their response, and to the reader (whomever that they may be) they absolutely base their decisions on race, ethnicity, and class. If you do go there, please tread lightly and watch for subtle cues in their responses and speech. It can't be easily proved that their decisions are based on unethical standards, which gives them the liberty to bring back the 1950's... do yourself a favor and Choose Differently. Thank you.

Basically useless as a financial institution. Opened an account here because I needed a local bank…read more(my main one is out of state). Despite adding 10's of thousands of dollars to the checking account I opened, they refused to cash numerous cashier's checks from another major (reputable) national bank. They said they couldn't cash them because the checks *could* be illegitimate and they wouldn't be able to verify funds... ok, I guess they don't know how cashier's checks work? I also had plenty in checking as collateral to cover the funds even if that somehow happened. Their online banking is a joke. The website and "tools" (I use the term very loosely here) available are seriously antiquated. High school students making a project for their intro to web design class could've made a better one lol. They also have limited hours that aren't very useful. Finally went in to just close all my accounts and they couldn't even do that part properly. Most places also ask why you're no longer going to do business with them, but they couldn't have cared less... but hey, they remained in character until the end so I guess that's something.

The policies are so off the wall it reminds me of a daycare keeping tabs on the childrens' lunch money. You're only allowed to withdraw a small amount of money from the atm. Use of debit card is severely limited. Oh you can spend more but you have to call during business hours to ask permission to spend more of your own money! If it's a weekend so sorry....They claim it's to protect the customer....bs. it's to save them money. Their security is so shabby they get compromised all the time. Have to issue new cards change pin numbers etc. I deposit different types of checks all the time. Every time its a new policy on the hold. Or availability time.Save yourself the trouble and aggravation and go to a bank with real customer service and good reviews. This bank is ridiculous. I just closed my account...It's like being free from captivity.......

But if you can't pay it off immediately, the interest rates and whatever other fees they add on are absolutely astronomical! You can get in real trouble taking out these types of loans. I definitely advise against it. But like I said, if you have an emergency and can pay the loan off almost immediately, this is the place to go!
