No explanation, no I'm sorry, etc. Totally ignored! Well, Pharmacist shows up later and asks what the problem is. I tell her this Rx is always $4.25 (Medicare). She tells me this IS the generic price $118 !! I asked her to check my records 90 days earlier to see the correct price. She doesn't want to hear it ‍ Just tells me it is $118. I tell her I am not going to sit in the drive thru and debate this; just refund my money. Well that was another can of worms ..... duh, we're good at taking money, but don't know how to give it back My refund came through and they lost three customers in my household alone !! I replied I'm fine but if I got rid of this pain I'd be a whole lot better. He inquired as to what kind of pain. I acquiesced instantly and shared my experience and he shared his experiences as well. He stated his go to for relief and escorted me to the pain relief aisle. I'm so grateful for associate like Shawn. They are fare and few in between and they are rare. He is most definitely an asset to the company. He relayed a deeper message and not a isolated view.
