This company was so professional from start to finish. Albert did the best job out of all the carpet cleaners I have used in the 15 years I have lived in my home. He was quick and very attentive to the spots I had in my carpet. I have had a coffee stain at the landing pad of the steps for years and nothing could remove it. I contacted this company to clean the carpets in the home we purchased before we moved in the week after Thanksgiving. Even though my request was made late in the week before Thanksgiving, Al responded promptly and confirmed availability the week of the holiday. I was on vacation the week he cleaned our carpets but was pleasantly impressed by how great the carpets looked upon our return to Atlanta. Equally impressive was the fact that a large furniture delivery arrived hours before it was scheduled. When my family arrived for the scheduled delivery, they discovered Al had proactively moved the heavy furniture out of the rain and into our garage and had even started breaking down boxes. My mother paid for my carpets to be cleaned 0n 4/16/26 as a birthday gift to me while I was out of town. I suggested she use this company after I had seen all the glowing reviews online. Unfortunately, the gentleman who came to do the service was rude and unprofessional. He complained about the stairs leading up to my apartment and told my mother he wished he never took the job. He made my mother extremely uncomfortable and spent about 8 minutes cleaning the carpet. Several spots were missed. Will never use this company again. read more

I requested some quotes via Yelp and although most were comparable in pricing and reviews, my heart strings just tugged at me to go with Peachtree. I had my stairs, an area rug, and a large sectional cleaned. Mr. Al was fantastic. He communicated effectively and provided me quality work. My area rug basically looked new when he finished. (I've been making a concerted effort to maintain my house to prevent wear and tear while actually living in it...not just before a possible resale). Anyways, Mr. Al was very professional and overall you can just tell he's a good person. His work ethic is impeccable which can be hard to find nowadays. I had another company (before Peachtree) clean my carpet upstairs and let's just say I won't be going with them again. Next time I'll call Peachtree. Had a SERIOUS stain (literally kid green slime) in the middle of the carpet that could not be there when the next renters came in. Was already pricing new carpet (ugh), but thought I would give Albert a try as a final shot, based on the over one hundred 5-star yelp reviews. Could not believe that he got it out!
