Over the last couple of years, we have had other well companies and electricians try to solve the cause of the well breaker tripping. Wish we had known to call Justus first. They required a $4500…read moredeposit which was given Aug 1 and I was told 3 weeks to 3 months to have a well redrilled due to the other collapsing. it is 5 months later and they don't answer phone calls nor refund the deposit. They only answered phone to say they were on vacation in Georgia. This company is nothing but thieves and will take your deposit and then you don't hear from them again. Unless you want to put out legal fees to get your deposit back on work that wasn't done, I suggest you find an honest company.

First, Stacy's communication was wonderful. They came for a walk-through to set a price and I appreciated her asking questions about what I liked and wanted. We set up the cleaning date pretty far in advance because I was traveling. She sent a text asking if I still wanted them (Yes!) and did I still like the date and time. Really thoughtful! While they were here they worked on everything from top to bottom. Did they miss things that I noticed later, yes, but nothing important and not everyone sees things the same way! I have had to let go a few people in the past because my husband is much more critical than I am. He didn't like things being moved on a shelf and not put back the same way. Jeez. Waaaay more critical - I just loved a clean home! But, with Stacy and Cori, he walked in that night and just said it looked great! I was so relieved!! Now, the next cleaning will be shorter for them and she'll make note of when the baseboards were done, etc so it'll stay clean.
