I did two separate brand water hardness tests, and both times it did nt test as hard. It turns out, as Nova enlightened me, that it is more complicated than PH level. A water softener also removes mineral deposits . So we had Nova put that in as well, the wife no longer moans about her hair, and there are no longer white deposits on the dish tray. The water feels different and better. So regardless of the PH your water tests at I recommend that you have Nova install both of these devices. Their price is reasonable as well, I don't know why that fellow sticks signs in the grass in the roadside advertising units for twice what Nova charges, mine works great.

Since the acquisition by EcoWater, this has not been my experience. I can't fully comment on their actual service work, from a customer service standpoint, lack of follow-up is disappointing. He tested my water just like the other guy but showed me the positive aspects of it while the other guy showed me the negative aspects of it. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Gregory. He is honest, trustworthy and positive - full of bright shining light and good energy. He will either service the system you have or will get you a new system at an honest price.
