When I rasied an issue with Paypal, they blocked my account stating they're doing so because i raised dispute for my transaction. After repeated requests to talk to superior, they have just taken a decision to block my account whereas they are the ones who didn't provide me service in the first place and got offended when a dispute was raised because they blatantly denied refunding the amount and unblocking my account. Twice they deducted money and didn't give the bus pass. Classic case of racial profiling.

We booked a taxi for 9am to take us to the railway station allowing us time to be comfortable before our train was due to leave as we usually buy a hot drink to take on the train but also allow time for toilet visits due to medical issues. However, the last time our taxi hadn't turned up by 9am so waited another 5 mins then rang them to be told it was on its way so waited a further 10 mins still not turned up so rang again at 9:15 to be told it was on its way which it was by then but we had been told that at last call and we found out it was only just dropping off a previous customer, it turned up at 9:18 am. The lady on the phone was quite rude and insisted it would be coming and asked what time our train was and said we would still have time to get there, which I didnt think was appropriate and not the issue as although we didn't miss the train it didn't give us time to do what we would normally have to do. Also we allow extra time for traffic conditions as can be a very busy time of the day which they don't seem to consider either.

We got picked up by a friendly man, who helped us with our bags, and we travelled to the airport in a lovely comfortable and clean car. When we came back, our flight was nearly 45 minutes early, but when we walked into departures, the guy was there waiting for us. He mentioned that he had been following the flight online, so he knew exactly when it was coming in. We thought that this was a very nice touch. We will definitely be using Lion Travel again.
