I rented a regular jumper 6 days before the event and they were amazing from start to finish. Booked it with no problem and a day before they texted me to confirm the booking. The day of the event they called me to make sure the drop off time was correct. Sergio, the delivery guy was very professional and friendly. He did above and beyond to make me happy with the set up. Their prices are by far the best in the area. AND they include delivery (Bellflower). I am definitely considering using them again. Changing my review due to a recent experience with them. I had called and sent a message per the voicemail instructions. I was inquiring about booking tables and chairs for my party, I clearly let them know I didn't want a jumper package as I only needed the chairs & tables. The person let me know the price, I agreed and asked what to do next to book and they stopped communicating!!? If booked they could have said so but just stop responding? I'm my opinion, that's not a way to do business. From my experience and in my opinion, I definitely do not recommend them anymore. read more

I found them last minute since the business I had originally booked had canceled a day before. I called them Friday and surely my jumper was delivered Saturday at 10am! Also the price was better than the original business I was gonna originally go with. Also the gentleman that delivered/picked up the jumper was very punctual! I'm so glad I found them! First renting a jumper, I did not know how far in advance to book. As we were two weeks away from the party, a lot of companies up their price and told us that they do not deliver to our neighborhood (the same companies that said they will deliver a month prior). They try to tell us that they will do it with a minimum package of $200. The regular jumper package that would have cost us $130 is now like $200. We found City Bounce Jumpers last minute. They were accommodating to help us build a package that best work for us. Best of all, it is only $10 delivery fee. We are excited to use them in two weeks. Marybel was super fast on her response to send us pictures and said she will follow up with us the day before. No deposit require prior to booking. Pros: Real affordable, variety and custom orders. Cons: It's hard to find. Experience: Jairo is the one I talked to in getting a jumper for my nieces party. He was referred to me by my brother in law and he was just great! I got a regular castle jumper for the price of only $65 bucks and it was for about 4 hours. They have insurance for parks or schools and you can pay with a debit/credit card but there is a side fee for that. All ordering can be done online in the contact form. It was pretty easy. You guys!! Rent from City Bounce Jumpers! Jairo was very accommodating and very patient with me. I was going back and forth on what kind of jumper to get and each time I'd call or email him, he would promptly respond. He even made a visit to my home BEFORE the party to confirm the size of my yard and the jumper that would fit. The day of the party, he was super early (7am-8am) to drop off the jumper, tables and chairs that I rented. I really appreciate that as I was running the show all by myself and I've got 4 kids that were in my way; as soon as they set the jumper, the kids were occupied and I had the rest of the time to prep for the party! Jairo's items are nice and clean - the jumper was brand spanking new! He says he rotates his jumpers around...I guess he buys some and sells some, I'm not sure. My son's mother had placed a deposit to secure a Waterslide bouncer for the 4th of July almost a week prior and the lady she spoke with quoted her $200. We were happy take her on the offer. The day before, July 3rd, no communication from the lady to my son's mother was zero. I had to inquire to get a response. They quoted a 2pm to 8 pm delivery and then they changed it to 10pm. 10 pm came and went and still no delivery. I contacted the lady (never got a name) told her to deliver it the following day on July 4th. Upon delivery, they charged an extra $150 on top of the $200 after assembling the jumper and our son seeing it. How can a parent deprive their happy child the jumper after so much excitement. We paid the difference but this is shady business practice and shame on them for conducting business this way. I do not recommend them and if you decide on them, get a written quote on price.
