If I could give them zero, I would. These people are terrible. They are unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. They are a disgrace to the Party profession. I have read the reviews and they all sound great, but we lived a nightmare because of this company. Last Saturday, we had a Birthday party for my son. We ordered the Water Slide with a delivery time of 10:30 am, our party was to start at 12:30pm. We had ordered our tables and chairs from a local company (lucky us!) But the evening before the event, we realized that we needed a large Tent. We called Fun Size and they agreed to bring it out for $70.00. We agreed. On the day of the event, at 11:00, no show. We called numerous times with no results. Once Lorraine did answer the phone and she was rude and hung the phone up in my face. I was horrified. At 12:30, they still had not showed. I was in tears. My guest began to arrive and no Waterslide. And they were sitting in the hot sun. This about ruined my party! We called our local guy and he brought over a Bounce to save my party. Finally at 1:30 (3 hours late) Fun Size showed up with the Waterslide, and the Tent. Wanted to charge me $ 100.00 for the Tent, and I had to take both or no deal. They left! Hope you never have to live thru this, and try to explain to your nine year-old why the Waterslide never came. Don't be fooled by the cheap price. They won't accept a deposit because they will not guarantee their service. Spend more and get what you paid for. read more

Lory, your response to my review was "we didn't take care of your order because we do not service that area." Now you're just lying. Do you want me to screen shot the history of all our texts and upload them to this business page to show you that beginning on July 15th, at 7:31 pm, (the first day we had correspondence) I specifically texted you with my address and you didn't have a problem with the location and city? Between then and August 5th (the day of the party) I texted it to you a few more times just to confirm that you had the right one. Then on the day of the party, you told me multiple times that you were on your way. So explain to me, how does your response make any sense? If you didn't service my city, shouldn't you have told me that when I first contacted you? Next, in your response you wrote, "We did not have any agreement from you or our company." You're lying again considering you told me multiple times throughout our texting conversation that you were available on the date and the time, with the items we needed, and that you would come and deliver it then. Never once did you request that I fill out some sort of form or document, or make a deposit, to make it an official order / agreement. I was taking you on your word... But I guess I was wrong about trusting your word, wasn't I? Lastly, you responded with, "We don't think it's fair for you to write a review when you weren't even provided with service from us." Well, that's the problem, because I was told by you on multiple occasions, nearly a month before the party, that you would indeed provide me with service. So I have every right to leave a negative review when you offer to provide us with the items, and you flake on us a few hours before the party begins (even though you had told us you would be there 6 hours before)! Leaving me and my family scrambling and stressed to try to find another service last minute, when we had so many other things on our plate to take care of. You're not sorry that my family and I experienced this. You're just sorry that I left this review on your page for everyone to see. Lory, you told me to have a "blessed day". Which says to me you are a woman of faith, no? I too am a person of faith. And I also have faith to believe that you are not a bad person. But in all sincerity, you made a mistake that day. You did me and my family wrong when we were counting on you to help us at our child's party and you bailed on us last minute. And you continue to make mistakes when you lie and try to backpedal your way out of my genuine complaint towards you. I had to reschedule only a couple days notice, and she has been very flexible and accommodating! This past Sat was my son's 6th bday party, I booked Lori for a waterslide, tables and chairs. They were supposed to show up at 12 and my party started at 1:30. I text her at 12:23 followed by 7 calls and 1 voicemail. They were a no show and my calls/text were ignored. I called around other rental places and Silverios went to the rescue. I contacted Lori that evening and she called me to tell me that she doesn't know what I'm talking about and I must have called/texted the wrong number! She provided good service the last 2 times I booked with her, I thought there must have been an emergency but reading through other reviews... it's not a one time thing. I called for a quote 3 days before my party, no answer, but was contacted back via text by Lori. No problem since I love texting. Was quoted $95 for 4 tables, 32 chairs, and standard sized jumper and a piñata for $95, delivery included! Since I didn't need a piñata, she offered a 5 pound bag of candy or an extra table, I went for the table. Delivery was to be between 8-11am, they got there a little after 11. Got a jumper to keep the kids busy during the super bowl (Go Broncos) and after calling another company and having them change the price and electronically sending me a invoice for more then they asked plus asking for a deposit, I called this company up. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. Got a discount cause it was Super Bowl Sunday a PLUS. They came and set up again the owner personally came and she was very nice. I asked them to pick up same day and that's exactly what they did on time. I would definitely recommend them and will be using this company again. read more

Lori helped us out tremendously in February when we needed tablecloths for a party, so when I was planning our next event, it seemed right to go with her. She delivered, had great prices, and was very friendly. I contacted her weeks in advance and she was very responsive. However, she'd fail at getting back to me about questions. When the weekend of the party came, I had to be the one to contact her to confirm the time. She said she'd be running late. Eventually she wound up saying she'd be by in the morning. Morning came and no Lori... I had to be the one to call her and ask for an update. She said the tablecloths were in Highland Park which was confusing because she comes up as being in the same location as our party. Eventually she called and cancelled my order on the day of the party. I understand that my order was small and possibly insignificant, but she could've not taken it from the beginning instead of leading me on. There's nothing worse than a cancellation on the day of your event. Just be cautious if you do decide to go with her. read more

I really really really wanted to give this 5 stars but I just can't. Pros: Fast response , extremely friendly over text and phone , gave me an amazing price , the slide was big, beautiful and so much fun! Cons: being 4 hours late , giving the kids at least 2 hours of fun before the sun starting going down and cold . So to start off , last minute I decided to rent a water slide 5 days before easter. I came on yelp and messaged every water slide rental spot and no one had the measurements I needed expect for Sandra. She responded quickly and gave me an amazing price and didn't charge delivery . Come yesterday I sent her a text and wanted to confirm times of drop off and payment , she then returns me via phone call , we have a nice laugh and come easter day (today) I wake up at 8am waiting and waiting. I told all my guest to arrive at 11:30 so we can have all day for the kids to use the slide . It then hits 10:57 , so I text Sandra and she says it won't be dropped off for another 45 mins to an hour. I didn't mind waiting since I still had things to do , come 12:08 still no arrival . So come 12:15 after I send her another text she says "on my way from LA" so my guest start to arrive and all kids are ready to slide but oh no still no slide . So I kept having to distract them and tell them the slide was already on its way . It now hits after 1pm and STILL NO SLIDE ! I then text Sandra ONCE AGAIN and now she says "she's on her way from norwalk" so I tell her that I understand she's busy but I was told from 8-10 and she proceeds to apologize and say that she is on her way but don't hold her for our party whatever that meant . So finally it hits 2:03 and the slide finally arrives. She was no where to be found and once I speak to the man about a discount price for being beyond late he shows me a text message from Sandra sent at 1pm for him to make his way to our house which was extremely disappointing and frustrating that we had been waiting and texting for this slide and she waited until 1 to tell her men to come drop off the slide . So I am grateful that it ended well but I don't think I'll ever do business here again . read more

Set up was fast, and held up all day and night. The tent, tables and chairs were all in excellent condition. The tent even came with lights, which was a unexpected surprise. If I could rate 0 Star I certainly would! I truly hate complaining but couldn't help how upset and disregarded I felt by Lori! I fell from Beginning to end experience was so awful! And Lori was so full of excuses one after the other the entire experience of renting a jumper, table and chairs and 2 lamp heaters! I reserved over the telephone with her had a set time and day for drop off she was suppose to drop off to me 7pm when I waited and waited I called 8:30 to see if she still planned to come, she sounded confused and said she was stuff in traffic heading to chino to pick up. I had the text to prove she confirmed day and time. She arrived After 11pm that night. She said she'd be back 8:30 am to get the jumper set up she didn't arrive until after 11am that morning!!! Punctuality is obviously not her thing! One of the 2 lamp warmers did not work properly and was very loosely unbolted and fell down on top of one of my guest!! I called her to see if she could have brought us another warmer it was so cold and windy that day, she was far away and could not. So Lori offered to refund me back $50 I didn't even except that I would have appreciated $40 what I paid at least!!! She had a friend to come and pick up stuff, which also she brought a completely didn't jumper that we confirmed with picture she text me I was so frustrated at this point but had sorry for her because she had a dramatic weekend involving Police with another business situation she was in. She promised to drop of refund at the final end or transfer to make it easy. I followed up with her a week later and she rudely text back she was to busy and she hadn't forgotten. I waited for another 2 weeks from that last text and she said "To be honest I forgot" totally disregarded me and I new by then I wouldn't be seeing ANY refund of her expense charges as is! With broken equipment!! Her attitude was horrible and she was so full of excuses!!! Further more thee most unprofessional I've ever done business with and most of all had a guest get really hurt due to her la l of checking her equipment to begin with!! She knew she had issues in front of me when even trying to light it for me I'm so upset to know there's people thy handle business like this!! WARNING BE WHERE OF THIS PHONE# AND LORI!!!!!!!! Let me start with I will never rent from here again. My jumper was supposed to be delivered anywhere from 9-11. I have text messages proving this statement. And it arrived at 1:11 after the lady saying she will be here shortly after every text asking what time she will arrive. My party started at 12 and my kids were very excited days before and my kids we're so sad once she brought it because she didn't even provide and extension cord or nothing to connect the jumper. She left and the jumper was just on he floor. She said she had a lot of orders and she apologized but don't book so much if you can't provide quality service. I'm not happy because I have to buy a extension cord for $35. Plus the number that was $140. I did not even get a discount for her mistake. She said its 4th of July and jumpers double.
