I rented the unicorn jumper for my daughters birthday, the process of ordering was very easy on their website. On the day of the party there was constant contact about when they would be there to drop the jumper off. I appreciated the easy set up and within 5 mins the kids were jumping. Pick up was a breeze also, it got cold and no one was jumping so I was able to call them an hour early and they came right over to pick it up. My sister's baby shower was ruined!! They were supposed to call me the day before to confirm for the following day but I never received a call. So I waited for the next morning to call to make sure that everything was still okay and going as planned. I requested my tables and chairs to be delivered by 10 a.m. and nothing. I called and the lady told me they would be there at 11 or 12 at the latest. It was a bit of a time crunch for me but I get it, they're busy too. 12 p.m. came around and nothing! So again I called and the lady told me they would be there in 20 min. 20 min passed and nothing! They didn't end up coming until almost 1 p.m.! I had to rush and try to put everything together and decorate in the little time I had left before guests started to arrive. I ended up having to still be working on decorations and putting centerpieces on tables while the guests were there already...soo embarrassing! Not only that, the plan was to only have guests over for a couple of hours and of course because I was too busy putting everything together, we didn't do everything we had planned to do throughout the shower. I was extremely patient with these people but this is my sister's first baby and it should've been special but it was all ruined because they were not on time. I have absolutely no idea how they have such great reviews, I can't be the only person they did this to. read more

This is by far the best decorator/supplier in town. I went to her for my Sons 2nd Birthday- I had my mind set on what I wanted and she made it come to life. Her balloon work is phenomenal, her tablecloths and supplies are neat & clean. All of them coming straight from dry cleaners. She's also very sweet & available whenever you call. Last year we hosted a carnival themed birthday party for my son who turned 4 and this year we hosted a nautical themed birthday party for my son who turned one and my other son who turned 5. I spoke with Miriam and told her the theme of the party and she advised that she'd never done a nautical themed party before so I shared my ideas with her. My 5 year old is obsessed with the Titanic and that's the theme we were going for along with the navy blue and white stripes with the bold pop of red! Miriam came all the way through!! She had special orders the navy blue and white striped linens and that made me feel so special!!!
