This is my second time using Danny's for my celebration needs. The response time is quick and the communication is very open. I rented the popcorn machine and have gotten SUCH a wonderful feedback from all guests, we had LINES. The rental comes with full delivery of the machine, set up, and cleaning. Make sure you have a power source and table. The machine isn't heavy but it's easier to have it set up upon delivery). It also comes with the serving boxes, the popcorn scoop, and the kernels and oil needed to make the popcorn. The clean up was extremely easy but the full cleaning will be done by Danny's. I recently booked Danny's for tables, chairs, and a jumper. Prices are not the cheapest but definitely reasonable. They came through for me on a last minute Super Bowl Sunday. I called Danny's Jumpers for a last minute request for inflatables and games. He was immediately responsive and confirmed he had what we needed available. It was super easy to order what we needed on the website and the prices were right! He's also a pre-approved vendor for our school district so he carries the right insurance and business certifications. He arrived on time (actually early), had everything set up, and arrived on time to pick up everything. Danny is kind and professional and his staff is as well. I also used Danny's Jumpers before in 2019 for a large elementary school event and he was also so helpful and reliable in 2019. He has a proven track record of good service and quality products. Will never book again! My fault for deciding to ignore the other negative comments. I made a reservation online for my party on Fourth of July. I received email confirmation stating they would contact me day before my event to schedule delivery. I was contacted the evening prior to my event to cancel because they did not have the jumper available. He just called and said we have to cancel your order no apology and said he attempted to contact me prior but it was my fault for not answering but they didn't have my jumper. I had ordered chairs too & still cancelled! What about my chairs! I looked for voicemails and same number thinking I missed his call but I didn't. So unprofessional & leaving people to scramble last minute looking for another jumper on one of the busiest holidays & on top of that chairs. If you want your event cancelled and ruined book them. Unfortunately, Danny's Jumpers *is* having a problem with communication. We booked a jumper. Upon hearing the heat index for that day, 92°, we canceled it two weeks ahead of time. I asked them via email to respond to the message. They replied "OK". Then a week later the weather cooled I wrote to ask if they still had a jumper available. No reply. I thought to go down to their office as they are only *four* blocks away, but other reviews suggested don't bother. It was fine not having a jumper for a one year old's party, but that little dude has many parties ahead of him. I choose Danny's as it was a small, local business....that would have included a $15 travel fee? Let's hope communication and customer service improves. I'm so confused right now because there's all these good reviews. I called this guy a d he said he'd call me back in a few minutes and then never called me back. That was days ago. Then I made an order online for a jumper for 4th of July but I have a few questions about the rental. So I put a note in my order if he could please call me back. Still no call. I called and left another vm. No call back. So I call today and he finally answered just to say " I'm super busy I'll call you back in a few minutes" and then he hung up. I booked with Danny for a school carnival. Everything went pretty smoothly, a couple times we played e-mail tag but was able to connect via phone. The day of the carnival it ran smooth, just one slight hiccup was a blow up we rented wasn't working and had to be replaced with another. I am so extremely disappointed in Danny's jumpers. This was my third time renting from them and I came back a third time because the first two times they offered a great service. However, this time around I completely understand why other people are saying they have "poor communication". Below, I posted the messages in which Danny agreed on an 11am set up time. My mom got woken up at 8am for the people to set up the jumper and they expected the cash right then and there. She did not have the cash for this jumper - I did and was going to give them the cash at 11am (the time we agreed upon). Danny let me know over the phone that I can zelle him the money and that typically they need a two hour window to set up - which isn't said anywhere in the text messages and was never said to me the other two times I booked this jumper. At 11am, I went to the jumper location and realized it was not the jumper I booked and that Danny told me was available. This jumper was a dual water slide vs a single water slide. Regardless if they were similar and the only difference was the slide, if I am paying close to $300 for this service I expect everything to go smoothly and correct. When I reached out to Danny about this he informed me that it's the exact same jumper and the only difference is the slide which isn't the point - ITS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. He also made sure to let me know that the dual slide is actually rented out for more expensive cost (which isn't true as you can see from the price pictures I posted below directly from his website). Danny never responded to my last message and is clearly not willing to work with a returning customer. To top it off, water kept leaking into the jumper itself. It's sad because I finally thought I found a great jumper vendor and I was very wrong. I will not be booking again and I highly encourage you not to as well. I understand people make mistakes but as you can see from the messages - you cannot count on Danny's jumpers to prioritize the customer and make their mistakes right. Dance Party Jumper Was AWESOME!!! Dannys Jumpers crew arrived on time and was courteous and professional. They set up the jumper and dropped off the table and chairs. Called ask if the had any and if was possible to deliver the same day. The guy that answered was like yes have one and could have it there in 30-40mins.
