The driver, male (black pickup truck) was always extremely rude I was actually fearful. I would always thank him but he is a very angry man. They advertise pickup in my town but he hated driving here. i had my laundry out as requested however the driver lied and said I did not and because of that they dropped me as a client. I'm dealIng with a serious health crisis and getting my bag to my door is very difficult. I never did complain about their laundry service and I could have.I was just grateful in my condition for clean towels even if they were stiff, and clean sheets. Very disappointing! read more

Great local Laundry mat, I have been going for years, convenient, economical, clean facility and helpful staff. Unfortunately they have stopped allowing access to the rest room. For some people having access is an important feature. I assume that the privilege has been misused by customers. There are certain times of day on certain days of the week I am nearly the only one there, a big plus for me! read more

I hardly need to use a laundromat but I have a weighted blanket that is 25 pounds, and it had been a bit too long. This place came up as having machines for 40 and 60 pound loads. Super worth it. I washed my blanket in a 40lb for $5.50 in 20 minutes!!! I dried it for 25 cents every 6 min and a 42 min cycle was plenty. I was shocked at the speediness for a Queen sized, heavy blanket. The shop owners were so polite showing me which machines to use and how. I left it to run errands and came back and felt safe doing so. The price to clean this was under $8 which is sooo amazing given a dry cleaning for this would have been so much more. And they're open until 9pm which is nice for those of us working full time! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! there's plenty of other options in town!! The machines always take double or even triple the money because they never work the first swipe. I just checked my account and I have several double even triple purchases from them when I only should have one! That's extremely frustrating!! Not to mention they keep all their washing machine doors closed so they create mold inside and smell horribly. The clean clothing no matter how much soap you put in smells like their smelly moldy washing machines. I am not going back at first I thought it was a glitch and my money would return and I thought I was overthinking the mold and smell but the second time it happened I knew I'd never go back! Wash your washing machines and keep the doors open!! The place looks clean on the surface but the washing machines moldy smell and the way they just take your money even when it says bad swipe is a no go for me! Fix it because you're stealing from customers and I'm sure you realize that and keep your machine doors OPEN they have so much mold inside and STINK! - one upset customer that will not return! read more

So, this was my first ever laundromat experience and i will never come back here. ( i also told one of the employees that this was my first time at a Laundromat and basically am new at this) I saw online that they were opened until 10 somewhere, I started laundry maybe around 7. I was basically done at around 850 ish however some of my clothes were still damp. I put them on an extra 30 mins and leave. I come back to my surprise and the laundromat is NOT ONLY closed but machines turned off. The two employees were too busy talking and giggling to each other to have the DECENCY to give us the heads up that the store was about to close BEFORE I PAID for my stuff to dry. It is what it is. A laundry mat. (Although, I have a passed through the doors of some, and turned the other way in sheer disgust.) For what it was it was clean, I mean even the floors were clean. Prices were reasonable, and even say comparable to others in the area. I was surprised that the customers where as friendly as they were. I think you just assumedwhen you go to a laundromat that you're going to find every basement dweller, Inner City, crazy cuckoo but surprisingly everybody was just an average person like me. They have this cool little setup where you can load money onto a card and just use that card to pay for your laundry services. That way you're not carrying cash. They do have a coin machine, and after I bought the laundry service card I figured out you could just use your debit card directly. Whatever, now I have $12 to a laundromat I will never go to again on a card I will probably lose. I didn't realize there was parking in the back of the building. So I parked on the side and walk down the main road. But there was a door in the back. Lastly there is a six-inch stair on your way out of the back door. There's also a humongous sign that says "beware of the step"... Don't trip on the step, it hurts, unless you carrying a basket of soft laundry...then it's not so bad. read more

I have never used a laundromat before. The person working at the desk was very sweet and patient with my dumb questions ("Is this the washer? And those are the dryers over there?"). The place has a very friendly atmosphere. All of the patrons seem to know each other and the staff. TV's and wifi if you plan to stick around and wait for your clothes. Plenty of parking. I don't know how the prices compare, but they seemed reasonable to me. I went here in an emergency (no quarters for my building's coin op!), and I'll probably come back. read more

I had a good feeling about this laundromat before coming in based on previous reviews and it did not let me done. Prices are fair and the staff member who was there when I went in was super helpful. She walked me through using the washers and dryers. On top of all that, they accept credit cards at all machines and have a laundry card system for payment that gives you a $5 reward after you earn a certain number of points. Who would have thought I would be overly enthusiastic over a laundromat? I literally just looked up a laundromat near my work and this came up bc I had to clean some blankets. When I arrived I was floored by the cleanliness of the place and the friendly personalities of the staff. They have so many different size washers and dryers and they accept credit cards??? I have never been to a laundromat that accepts cards, what a great concept. The place had a bunch of tables and the staff would talk to everyone, it was a wonderful experience. I ventured into this laundromat because I read they take credit cards instead of the norm cash only method. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a smile (in a laundry mat? Really?? That was a first!) and immediately was offered assistance on which size washer to use. The place also has wifi so I was able to catch up on emails while waiting for my clothes to finish. This place is clean, definitely a plus when I'm folding my clothes where hundreds of others do the same. It's never too packed and run professionally. I was disappointed in the quality of the dry-cleaning service. I dropped off 4 dress shirts (nothing fancy or complicated), they came back still partially wrinkled around the armpit area, and the collars were not ironed straight and were crumply. Would not recommend the dry cleaning service. read more
