Great service. I drop my laundry bags in the morning, and pick in the afternoon, everything washed, dried, and nicely folded.

It's open for extended hours, and provides fast and on time laundry service. Always folded or hung and ready to go within 24 hours (and often faster). We're fans! read more

The women who work here are VERY kind. The machines are spotless, in great condition and the atmosphere is comfortable. It's very easy to pay with your credit/debit card - you don't need quarters and they don't rip you off. The dryers are great and things dry easily. They stayed open through the entire pandemic. Terribly rude. I asked the employees behind the counter to help with a machine (it has a broken button but does not say "out of order"). She knew about the problem and how to make it work but said nothing to me while I loaded it 2 feet from her face. She was mad she had to take her eyes off her phone for the 15 seconds of work. Machines are often not working correctly, no one cares. Never use them for drop off, they charge an obscene amount and always jack up the price without telling you. go elsewhere! read more

I've been coming here for about a month and have had no problems. I wash the entire family's clothes and they always come out very clean. Lots of machines available on Sat afternoons when I come. The attendant is friendly and always greets customers like they're friendly. Some strange people come in once in a while, but all in all a nice place. I'm glad to have found it. Washing is around 2.75 per load and dryers are 25 cents per 5 minutes. You can also drop it off for $0.95 a pound. But snack machines and facilities make the wait not so bad. read more

I'm here at the place right now. The workers are loud and obnoxious - one woman was talking about her court date, how bad her kids' father is, what a deadbeat, etc. Her baby daddy came in with her son - probably 4 - who crawled around the floor playing with his toys. The worker kept yelling at her son. It was really awkward. Additionally, a customer had some problem with a dryer, so he asked the worker for some help. She went over and immediately yelled for someone to bring her a wire coat hanger - presumably to fix the problem. Eeek! My dryer is broken, but is currently being repaired, So I probably won't have to come back here. Thank goodness! read more

Our 12 year old Bosch washing machine died on Christmas Eve, and the repair estimate of $921 meant time for a new machine. In the meantime, the dirty laundry was getting out of control, so last night we dropped off most of it at Launder'n Luxury, asking them to wash, dry, and fold everything from dress shirts to underwear and socks. This morning the laundry was ready with shirts on hangers, and everything else spotlessly clean and neatly folded. Highest possible rating. We used them a few months ago for heavy stuff, and were equally pleased with the excellent and courteous service at a reasonable price. Not sure why previous ratings were lower, but our experience was terrific and we will use them again, especially for large or heavy loads like duvets. read more

The attendants are attentive and keep the place clean. With that being said, this place is managed horribly. Many machines are constantly broken. Their driers don't work as well as other local laundromats yet they give you less time per quarter. The machines that do not have out of order signs on them do not work well. When I took my clothes out of the machine, they were dripping wet and there was an inch of water left at the bottom of the machine. The attendant working at the time said to me I should have left them in the machine, she could have spun them. Why couldn't she still spin them by having me put them back in? The owners of this business should retire and sell it to someone who understands the importance of upkeep. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. My boyfriend and I dropped off our laundry and we're quoted $60 for about 50 lbs of laundry- a great price we thought. When I went to pick up the laundry they wanted $80, claiming that the price changed when they found a comforter in the bag. Now this was our first time using this service, there are NO signs or menus up on the wall saying comforters are more, they did not tell us this when we dropped it off, they did not call to ask if we were okay with a 33% price increase--- they just went ahead and did it and then held our clothing hostage until we paid up. I later found the price menu... it was hidden under bags of laundry waiting to be picked up at the far end of the counter, not near the register. That and the manager was never there, never called me back, and no one even close to apologized about not calling us to say it was going to be more when I was surprised and upset about not at the very least being called before they charged us. So if you do go here just know that the price might not be fixed and you'll just be screwed when you try to pick up your clothes. read more

In town from out of state. The machine I used did not rinse the soap out of the clothes. Showed the mgr who could care less, said I must of put too much soap in. Which I did not. Been using these small boxes of soap for years and have never had a problem. He said that's just the way it is and if they refunded everyone who had this problem they would go out of business. I asked for the owners name and number and he refused- saying he was the mgr. So instead of 2.50 for the wash it cost me 5.00. BEWARE before you go here. It could cost you double! read more

The owner claims the only reason for not paying me back is that "I didn't give them any direction how to clean it." aren't they the laundry specialists? Shouldn't they know how to clean? I'm from NYC, where the laundromats are often small and ALWAYS packed with people, so this place seems large and spacious to me. (I've never been there when all the machines were busy.) However, they are not diligent about keeping the machines clean. By that I mean the intake chute on each machine where the detergent is added. The intake chutes always get caked with detergent, and since the rinse water rushes through the chutes, I worry that the clothes are not coming out fully rinsed. I asked them about it once, and my recollection is that they said they clean the machines once a week. They SHOULD clean them every day. When I go there, I always look for a machine that doesn't have too much detergent caked in the chute, but I shouldn't have to do that. read more

This is a hell hole. There is green mold around the edges of the machines, the floors are dirty and there is a general lack of care surrounding this laundromat. I'm assuming the only "luxury" here is the air conditioning in the Summer months. I had to go there once because my regular laundromat is closed on holidays.
