Most of my issues involved dirty soffits around the house and within a few minutes they were cleaner than I've ever seen them. The house and molding around windows and doors really stood out after washing. And they did all of this in about 30-45 minutes. Plus I noticed that after rinsing the soffits and walls they rinsed off any soap that may have landed on bushes I have near the house. Two guys did the work and answered all my questions before things started. Nice job guys.

So, I went with a different company this year. The good news: A Fuller Service came when they said they would; their price ($200ish) for my house seemed reasonable; and their female receiptionist was very friendly. The bads news: First, they are impossible to get ahold of on the phone. I called during their business hours at least 8 times over the course of several weeks and never once got to talk to a real person despite pushing "1". Only leaving phone messages worked. Second, when I booked my appointment I was given a window of a couple of weeks for them to contact me with a final date when they would show up. When they did send me the date, it was in a text message and the message errorenously didn't list the date! I called them back to confirm but, you guessed it... phone message. Third, when they showed up the first time they forgot to do the gutters on my garage. That really bugs me, as I specifically mentioned it during booking and the receptionist told me that she left a note in the file. Upon seeing the garage roof gutters dirty, I called to complain but you guessed it... phone message. The did come back after to correct it. So, I dunno. If you don't mind leaving phone messages AND you are home when they arrive so you can point out things they will miss (despite telling them in advance to focus on) the process should be smooth. But I found it frustrating.

After a torrential downpour where the water was not going through my gutter properly, I called Northeast Seamless Gutters and spoke to Lori. Even though I'm just outside of their geographical range, they agreed to check out my gutters the next day. When Mike checked my gutters, he found three inches of standing water. He did a thorough inspection of my entire gutter system. In the most problematic area, he repitched my gutter, attached it where it had been left unattached, sealed it, repositioned the flashing so that water would be diverted towards my gutter, and removed a vinyl circle that had been left inside my downspout. He also extended another downspout that was too close to my A/C unit, and put a whole new gutter on top of my shed. All of this was done for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much!

They have requested all the previously signed documents over several email requests, because they kept forgetting or needing different information. 11 emails back and forth finally resulted in me making a phone call to a Jenna Esopi. When I asked if they had received everything they needed and I could schedule a date to have my roof fixed, I was told the new management hadn't reviewed the paperwork yet and they couldn't come fix my roof until it was reviewed. Apparently the new owners are entirely electronic, and didn't have my contract on file. I just want my roof fixed! Why is it always such a headache to get these companies to do what they said they promised to do?

The roof turned out to be a nightmare for my budget when it was determined that last of 5 layers were cedar shingles. Because of the shingles the roof needed to be stripped down to the rafters and 100 4X8 underlayment's needed to be layer down. Because of underlayment's, my budget was compromised. The Supervisor, Santiago, worked with his office and got me financing so quickly that the work progress never stopped. Working with Santiago was easy as the two-way communication was flawless. There is a lifetime guarantee on materials and labor, but they never showed up.
