I was told by the Owner in response to my review that I would have 7 mornings of rides on them and we established that the cab would be there at 730. This did not happen. AGAIN I was late for work. I am an office manager for a business and it is imperative I am on time. This is a hassle to call an hour or better ahead of time and to be treated like I called 5 minutes before. This is deceptive of the owner to say that she would make sure they would be there and the cab still did not arrive until after 8. My business that I help run, was not able to begin effectively because I depended on a service that did not deliver what they say. I was foolish to believe words with no true action behind it. It is an issue that needs to be handled effectively by the management and owner. The driver said this has been happening for years. Then it is time for some change. Just remember words without true honorable action is just manipulation. She has responded to my messages and review. Instead of trying ti right the wrong and correct the inconsistencies, she renounced the 7 free rides and told me not to use her services any longer.

Ranger Cab is by far the best service I have had with Taxi cabs in years!…read more Between NY, PA, FL, IN, AL, TX, CA and so many other states, I never received as good as of a service from Taxi companies as I did with Ranger Cab. Actually, "good" is an understatement. They were Excellent! Every time I called, 1) they would politely respond to my request. If they were too busy, they would even call me back to check who I was and if I still needed a ride or not. 2) Better yet, while on their way to pick me up, they would call me to notify if they would be arriving a couple minutes late or not due to traffic. 3) Even more incredible, once I was told over the phone that trip from A to B would be $20. I get in the cab and am dropped off but then to be charged $30. I was shocked and I explained that I was told I would be charged $20 instead. The driver tried reaching higher to communicate the issue but because it was so busy he was not successful. Understanding his limitations, I simply paid the $30, said thank you, and left to my house. About an hour later, my door bell rings and I go to see who it is and find out it is the owner coming to my house to apologize for the inconvenience and hand me $10 cash as agreed earlier. I was blown away!! Overall, these are just 3 quick examples of the high quality of the type of people and service I have received! Thank you Ranger Cab for being professional and personable. I don't expect to be driven in someone's beat up car for $150. Additionally the conduct of my driver (Damond I believe?) was absolutely horrible. He grilled me the entire drive on my religious views while also sharing the worst parts of his life story. Did I mention that he went to prison!!! That fact makes me very uncomfortable!! I wanted a car ride, not to play therapist. I do recommend that man sees a therapist. Another girl at the event I attended last week had a similar experience with him as her driver. I would also like to mention his exceptionally poor driving skills. We were turning left out of a CVS and I saw a car coming directly towards us. He then, with one hand on the steering wheel, says "oh, I didn't see him" THE CAR ALMOST T-BONED US. I could have DIED. Additionally, this man had no sense as to how to act like a professional driver. He put my SUITCASE in the BACKSEAT directly next to me! Excuse me, but that is what the trunk is for. He also didn't automatically pick up my bag and place it inside the trunk. Like, these are pretty basic driver skills. I will say that I am grateful he was willing to make a quick detour to let me run into CVS and grab some things. And I do feel sorry for his life situation right now. He really should see a psychiatrist. But altogether the drive was absolutely horrible, terrifying at times and completely unprofessional.
