taxi drivers is a cheat. He scammed me by purposefully missing the turn to my home and adding several miles to the drive by not only going past my house turn to my home but also then driving further and getting on the freeway and looping around. Then he tipped himself without my convent or allowing me to add a tip. . I have used the taxi company several times before. Only twice have they driven the way I asked. This is the first time I've not been handed the phone to select a gratuity and select how I want a receipt. This guy hit buttons himself on his phone adding a $6 tip to my trip when I planned on not giving him a tip due to him already adding an additional money to the trip by adding on extra miles. This cab service does not answer the phone. I'm not leaving messages to get service from A taxi. A person would be nice. On top of that last time I took this service they charge me 50 to go 3 miles. Don't use them but then they are they only ones and should be shut down. read more

Walk before you call this company. Shitty dispatcher. Cab got a flat and they would not send another cab. Bad business. Then when they did send a cab the dispatcher told the driver to charge us for the entire trip. Needless to say we didn't pay and the driver gave us the number of the owner to call the next day. read more

City Cab is absolutley the worst. The drivers stink like they don't wash their asses. The last time I rode in one I thought I was going to get seriously hurt in an accident. I no longer use them but I see them speeding through my neighborhood all the time. read more

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with this company. After arriving in Dover, I had to wait needlessly for 35 minutes before I finally got one. It was also worth noting that when I called their main number there was no answer, and when I called one of their cabbies directly, he said he was unavailable. This can be a problem when you arrive after 12:30am! Unfortunately, this is the only cab company in town, so they can get away with providing this kind of service. Lesson learned - next time, I will drive to Dover myself! read more

Awful service. I got a ride home from the hospital and left all my medical paperwork and prescriptions in the cab by accident. Called their "customer service" several times over the last 3 days, which is a voicemail. I left messages and still nothing. You can't get through to a person at this "24hour" place no matter what time you call. If you are so lucky to call and get a cab driver they are no help. Stopped by the location and not a soul is there. So frustrating. read more

Worst cab company I've ever seen. It took nearly 20 minutes to get ahold of someone to get a ride and another 20 to pick me up. The driver was coughing like crazy smelt like ass cheese and serious B.O and the car was filthy. Truly awful experience. I should have took my chances and walked the highway instead. Take my advice and phone a friend for a ride and give them $5-$10 for it instead of $10+ for your ride with this company. read more

Shady cab thought I was going to get stabbed. Called this cab and he arrived in an 80 ' s town car that looked like he pulled it out of the bottom of a pile at the junkyard. We were greeted by what appeared to be his meth head day hooker ride a long whale of a girl. So now that we're in the car and smashed together bc there was 4 of us plus the driver and the hooker, we were greeted with cigarette but ts smashed in the door trays, and a lovely paper plate with crumbs of food layer on the top of the back seat behind my head. The in flight entertainment was certainly something to talk about. The meth head hooker seemed to be high on something and giggling and telling her awesome life stories while the druggy driver groped her and laughed. About halfway there the car would shutter when he got up to speed and I thought eh it wouldn't be too bad if we broke down so I could escape the meth hooker taxi experience. Finally we arrived and I payed the man and left, it was certainly an experience that I hope to forget, not only did I have to come back to this shit hole scorched earth place they call dover delaware, but then I had this cab ride. I will never use this service again, and I will be calling the clinic asap to get a just in case pennacillin shot. read more

The cab driver drove through a residential neighborhood going 60 and then ran a stop sign. He tried to run a red light but wasnt fast enough so he screeched to a stop and had to back up.
