I come here 2-3 times a week between breakfast and lunch. Every single time has been a pleasant experience and the food is good and the prices are reasonable. Today, I came in an ordered a deli sandwich: salami & cheese on a roll with lettuce, tomato, & mayo. He doesn't ask me any other questions and then hands me a hot sandwich. I say I didn't want it hot and he never asked. Then tells me I didn't say I wanted it cold either. Honestly, on what planet is a cold cut sandwich defaulted to hot? None. Nowhere else. That's absurd. He was so rude I walked out. Counter person, who I didn't recognize, said nothing when I said treating customers like that is unacceptable. Needless to say, I won't be back - this is NYC and delis are a dime a dozen - and where they won't treat customers poorly. read more

Lunch rush is crazy; aren't all places that are good and cheap crazy during lunch time. CCNY students come here as an alternative from the limited food choices at the cafeteria. They are quick and fast. But you need to have a loud voice to scream out your order or they forget or give you the wrong order. They have specials posted on the deli side. read more

If you don't haaaave to go here, then DONT! I've been here many many times and they don't even listen to their customers orders. People frequently leave here with the wrong deli order due to the workers lack of attention!! And god forbid you ask for any kind of condiment on your sandwich. More likely than not, YOU WONT GET IT. read more

Campus Deli is one of the main delis near City College. It was one of my places I went to often when I was in college. It recently got renovated and now is like brand new but with renovation came higher prices. They have many different food items here from wraps, paninis, salads and chicken over rice. It is a bit on the pricey side in this area compared to the other delis. My favorite thing to get here is the Benson. Its a wrap that contains turkey bacon, salsalito turkey, chicken cutlet and egg. I know it sounds like a lot but its really good! They give you a little bit of everything. Also remember all the wraps and sandwiches come with a drink! Don't forget to get your can soda or bottle of water with your wrap, sandwich or salad. read more

Campus deli is very nice and clean and makes great food. For the most part the deli is higher priced then everything else in the area hiwever the quality of food ia much better. I will continue to go here for my daily sandwiches without a doubt read more

This place got remodeled and I am not sure if they changed owners, but now everything is so clean and the counter guy is friendly. I only went there because they carry cheesecake and I was away from Juniors, but to my surprise they had Junior's cheesecake! Very good place for food to price ratio. Lunch specials always available: $3.50 - $4.00 sandwiches with a can soda. The cooks are quick and the food is pretty good. The only thing that's bad is the 12-1p time range during weekdays. The store is very small and tight, so when there's a crowd of students, pretty sure it's a massive fire hazard. Very difficult to enter and exit (if lucky). But during other times, comfortable waiting area/space available. read more

Hey they've been great to me ever since my first bad experience, love this spot. I love the diablo, tres hermanos, and another spicy sandwich they offer. Fast and delicious! Selection is great, wish they had alcohol selections but there is a bodega on the block that offers with fewer food selection so it works out. read more

I come here pretty often since my school is across the street. This is the first place EVER where omelettes doesn't come with toasts or home fries. When I ordered my simply veggie omelette, the guy said ok chicken panini. ????????? Omelette is no where near the sound of panini. When I got the omelette, I asked the guy who's taking my payment that if the omelette comes with toast, he said "if you want it you have to tell him, so you want it?" I personally think it's very strange to not have toast with omelettes. They also didn't put mushrooms in my omelette. Also, when you order a sandwich, say the ingredients to the person who's taking the order, because most of the time you'll get something different. I don't eat meat on certain days, and I received a meat sandwich when I requested an all veggie sandwich. read more

Ever since I have been coming to City College, this place has been the go to place for snacks and sandwiches. Their sandwiches are extremely good and the prices seem right for the quantity that they offer. The place is clean as well. The only slight problem is that sometimes they can get your order wrong and so you have to wait an additional few minutes to receive your food. Right by my job and the best deal in town. $3.50 for a delicious, hot made-to-order sandwich and a can of soda. Food is always great and the staff behind the counter are friendly and efficient. Try the Aaron Special or the Chopped Cheese Sandwich, you won't regret it. read more

This place is such a disappointment. The first few times I came here to get my breakfast everything was fine. Now it's annoying; they constantly get my order incorrect and give so much attitude when I correct them. Most of the guys who work/run this place are really nice (except for a couple of grouchy dudes who sometimes work the sandwich counter) - if you get one of the core fellas (or lady) to make your sandwich, it will probably be good- if you get one of the grouches, expect a subpar sandwich served with a scowl. They have a great selection of chips, far better than the Harlem average (includes old school Utz flavors, and premium brands), and a good selection of drinks. Affordable prices, especially if you are a regular. Only big downsides are that they usually don't deliver, and (as another reviewer mentioned) the lunch rush is craaaazy. read more

Perhaps the most disgusting place in the area... on top of the fact that they can't get an order right... you give them three ingredients and they put 10 into it... I will never go back!!! How hard is egg whites and cheese only... I said only 4 times... what did I get green peppers, onions and god know what else... I tell him I said only cheese he says you said omelette... yea omelette describes the shape, not what is in it... I said only cheese 4 times... I mean how hard is it.... every time I go this shit happens... then as he is making me a new one... I said sir egg whites as I can clearly see a yolk on the grill... he goes yea yea egg whites... Prices seem to increase every semester here.You're better off going to another deli. Most delis near City College serve similar sandwiches without the cost like Campus deli. read more

Just had a chicken gyro from here that was out of this world. I like that they have the thinly sliced/almost shredded chicken and not whole chicken breast or chicken strips(they may very well have it but everything I saw in the case was thinly sliced chicken/almost looks shredded) The gyro was so crazy good! I'll def be back here. read more

The subs here are great, they have cheaper options then CCNY, and much faster service. This is my go to place during lunch hours.
