They claimed it wasn't their fault and that I had left a plastic tag on it which I don't recall at all. I've worn it twice. I feel like I would've noticed if I had a tag still on it regardless they said it wasn't their fault and offered me STORE credit as if I would want to come back here. They would not replace the dress. I left in tears.

I paid $15.50 to have a coat cleaned which would have been fine, but when I got home there was hair and fuzz all over it and I had to take a roller to it. It honestly didn't look like it had been cleaned. The hours are 12:30 to 5:30 and when I got there at 12:45 it was closed. So I left a phone message to see when they wold open. The owner/employee returned the call a bit later and said she had overslept cause her cat turned off her alarm..so the hours are not real convenient. I love supporting and seeing small businesses succeed but honestly, I don't know how this one does it. You can give it a try and see if you have better luck but I won't be back. Very unprofessional business.

Dryers start at .50 cents for a few minutes ( recommended 2 wash loads per dryer ) with a 50lb dryer that is .25 cents for three minutes. They do offer a shower for $3.00 for 6 minutes. Everything is coin operated, assuming credit cards are taken for the dry cleaning portion. Several machines are labeled out of order at time of review ( not sure what the length time for repairs are ). Hours are 7am - 9pm. Last wash load is 7pm. Doors lock at 9pm. They have your change machines as well as the soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets available for purchase at $1.00

The machines were ok and most used quarters with a few utilizing cards. (Change machines are available.) If you need to personally wash up, there are two separate shower areas (pay) and restroom. If you want to go the lazy way out, you have the option to leave your stinky laundry and pick up the following day but I believe you need your make prior arrangements. Highly recommend!

I used just a little liquid detergent. Tried to shake and blow it off. Its everywhere on cover. Returned to laundry to explain and remedy this morning. Was not met with open arms. They claimed it was from the fabric. I paid more to tumble in dryer. Did not help. Decided to try a different coin op laundry. Re washed cover. It cleaned up great. No more residue. The bathroom is extremely clean. I have not one thing bad to say about this entire place. The staff members in the casino are fantastic ! I have not had one bad experience here ever. I think they're reasonably priced for the quality of the machines that they have so I'm not complaining on the price.
