I should have read the reviews before going here. The credit card machines were not working and they were servicing the change machines. Most of the dryers were being used to wash bedding for a commercial customer. We got the last two open ones. The machines also ate three of our quarters. read more

Hubby and I have been traveling the States in our RV and decided it was time for a laundry stop. Falls Coin Wash & Laundry was exceptionally clean! The machines were ok and most used quarters with a few utilizing cards. (Change machines are available.) If you need to personally wash up, there are two separate shower areas (pay) and restroom. If you want to go the lazy way out, you have the option to leave your stinky laundry and pick up the following day but I believe you need your make prior arrangements. Highly recommend! read more

Went to the laundry yesterday to wash a car cover. Felt like things were clean and organized. returned to my shop to discover a white powder all over the cover. I used just a little liquid detergent. Tried to shake and blow it off. Its everywhere on cover. Returned to laundry to explain and remedy this morning. Was not met with open arms. They claimed it was from the fabric. I paid more to tumble in dryer. Did not help. Decided to try a different coin op laundry. Re washed cover. It cleaned up great. No more residue. Obviously it was mot the fabric. Will not be patronizing Falls wash or coffee shop again. It's a shame to see this prevalent attitude so much in businesses these days. Clean your wash machines! read more

I was a little skeptical at first but honestly this place is perfect if you are looking for somewhere quick to shower. During our trip we camped out twice and this place was super convenient. It was decently clean for a public shower, for my own comfort I put something down for my feet. The water was warm, it was $4.75 for 5 minutes. 10/10 recommend!!! read more

hi, I'm only writing a three star review specifically because I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone and I am trying to get reimbursed here. My name is Josh Compton. on the date of today, Saturday, May 17, 2025 at approximately 830 to 9 AM. I was using the what I believe is the biggest washer you guys have available and amongst digging around for quarters I've never had a problem with the timing out on me but this time I guess I was a few seconds too long and it timed out on me after I had already entered. I believe $11.25. I just remember being 50 Cent shy of the total required. Anyways, as I went to put in the last 50 Cent, it timed out and did not give my coins back, nor did they give my coins back prior to this when I was reluctant to even spending the total to begin with when I was halfway through entering coins. On top of all this, I had already entered all my liquid detergent and OxiClean and liquid detergent boosters so now I'm not only $11.50 in quarters out but I'm out the cost of all that soap. I called the number listed on the bulletin board near the shower room amongst all the washers. I was waiting for a laundry attendant to come out so that I may speak with them about the situation but honestly sounded like the attendant was extremely busy and I did not feel like I was being ignored but I did wait a hot minute and again I'm sure the attendant plenty of work to do. I'm just flustered and I've got a lot of stuff to do today, but I wanted to inquire about this and see if there's any way I can get a reimbursement for the $11.50. I'm honestly not even worried about the soap at this point. But I could definitely use the amount of quarters to do laundry I guess elsewhere I would like to do it here, but I'm not very interested in the machines not gonna lie. Thank you. read more

Needed a quick place to do some laundry between hikes in Glacier and found this place. It was quick, clean, easy, and the people who work there are super nice. I highly recommend! They've even got a coffee stand out front wirh some pretty good coffee to pass the time. Well thought out. read more

This place is pretty good! I went twice while visiting Glacier NP. There a few machines that have card readers, which is nice. No ATM though or change machine that I remember. Recommend going early in the morning or later in the evening as the afternoons were super busy. There is a cute coffee shop in the front that has excellent lattes! read more

Place was clean they have different size washers, $3 for the small $5.75 for the large. Dryers are 25 cents for 5 minutes. Tried to vacuum my truck while waiting but one machine the suction was terrible and the other is 75 cents for 2 minutes. read more

This place was a lifesaver. We needed to do some laundry during our trip through Montana, found these guys via Yelp and found out they offer drop off service. Dropped our stuff off on Tuesday night and got a text that it was ready for pick up on Wednesday, nicely folded. read more

Stopped here to wash some clothes on an extended trip out west. Great selection of washers so I picked the largest one to do all my laundry in one load ($7.50). Then went to the brewery to wait. When my husband went back to put the clothes in the dryer, he noticed a very small hand written sign on the washer I used that said "dog blankets and dog beds only". When the laundry came out it smelled like dog! So we had to re-wash laundry in the next washer over. ($7.50) The laundry soap was in the truck so he attempted to buy soap in the machine at the laundromat twice and it did not work. He elected to re-wash the clothes in hot water with an extra rinse. There was not an attendant at the facility during this time. The laundry came out fine and as we were folding clothes the attendant was there. My husband informed him that the soap dispenser was not working/ or empty. The attendant checked it out, and it appeared to be jammed. He handed us two boxes of soap on our way out! Would definitely come back, I just would not use that washer again! read more

Great, clean, laundromat. Machines are clean & fairly new. Some are credit card operated, which is nice. They also own a drive thru coffee shop within steps. Very nice owners/staff. They also have free WiFi. Highly recommend. read more

We travel all over the country and use many car washes. The drive thru portion of this car wash did the worst job I've ever seen. $12 bucks down the drain. Can't speak to the hand wash, but don't waste your money on the drive thru. read more

We came to do laundry after driving 16 hours to visit Columbia Falls. We received change out of the machine and inserted it into the washer. We had to do 2 loads and we had to put 50 cents extra into each machine because it didn't read all the quarters we put in. It was a little frustrating due to the fact that there is no attendant. We will be going to Kalispell for our next laundry run. read more

unfortunately, there wasn't laundry services at the lodge we were staying at, so we found one in columbia falls. kept our fingers crossed that it would be a clean and orderly place. the change machine worked. there was a selection of washer and dryer sizes and they worked perfectly. the attendant also ran a drive through/walk up coffee kiosk, so we each had a coffee - the best coffee we'd had in weeks! there was wifi, although we didn't use it, and cell service, which we had been lacking in the Park. read more
