They charged $40+ tip for pick up/ wash and return. Not a bad fee for the service. The service was good. Blanket was properly washed and dried. Only hiccup was my daughter lives in an apartment complex the person doing the pickup got lost. I understand how many apartment complexes can be confusing. The person picking up and delivering was super cranky which made it feel like she was doing us a favor for a task she was being paid to complete. Maybe she was having an off day. Would still recommend as service was completely to our satisfaction.

My clothes have always been done to perfection and quick as well. They always stick to their deadline. I haven't used the alteration services, but I for sure would if I needed anything done. As I started loading things into the dryer, I was asked to remove them by the owner. Because the rule is you have to use BOTH washer & dryer. You can't use the dryer only. When someone is dealing with hard ship & will have to pay to get that fixed. And now the owner wants me to spend more time at 8pm and more money to re wash my clothes, because they are a "Full Service" laundromat. They are not washing or drying clothes for you. Other laundromats aren't like this. First time I've ever heard this rule. Even if it's a policy, it's my first time there, let me Dry my clothes this first time. Now I will never go back and don't ever recommend someone to go there. I went to the El Camino Coin Laundromat in Oceanside. It was so peaceful & I felt safe there.
