Great customer service! Non coin operated laundry. ATM access inside. On Wednesdays and Thursdays dryers are 1 cent per minute. Normally 7 cents per minute. Tuesday are pretty dead. Cleaned and maintained. Restroom access with the use of your laundry reloadable card. read more

This location is the worst I've been to. I've been to nearly all of them in Escondido and this location is disgraceful. Their machines are old and they smell bad. The dryers don't work well, workers are lazy and don't clean vents until 10am, so I have to pay more $$$$ to dry! The high heat only went to 145°, so drying took 10x longer. I use to go to this laundry mat and I use to like it but I decided to not go anymore due to customer service whenever asked for help didn't seem like they wanted to help which I was ok with since I can go to another laundry mat but when I wanted to get the money I had on the card money that I put in there they told me it had to be less than $5 in order to get my money back to use it on soap or vending machines they have. I told them no I don't wish to spend it on there they told me I couldn't get my money back. Just shows the lack of customer service not wanting to help. It's $8 I have on there its not a lot but just how I was treated not wanting to help me. I have never been treated so poorly. When I told the manager I want my money back or I won't leave she simply grabbed the phone and walked away she was on the phone. Lack of professionalism as she walked out. I'm not sure who she was calling but at this point i'm thinking she was calling the cops because i told her i wasn't leaving. Never again to this laundry mat. I have tried 3 laundromats until I came across this one and boy am I happy! You need Cash BILLS (not coins!) for your transactions but they do have an ATM next to the machines to get your card and to put money into the card. The loadable card is $5 but they give you $2 back when you put money in AND if you put $20 in the card to use, they give you another $2 back! So we only paid $1 for the card! The place is huge with many different sizes of washers with the highest size being 9 Loads! I believe their prices are same as many other places BuT they have an amazing Wednesday and Thursday Penny per minute dryer deal! I paid total $24 when usually I spend about $30 at other places. The place was clean and for the almost 2 hours I was there, I saw 2 workers constantly cleaning, mopping, and wiping things. They even have an outdoor patio for those that want to eat or be outside while waiting for laundry to be done. This will be my go to from now on! Highly recommend! *side note: there is a great Mexican restaurant 2 door down that has amazing homemade hot sauces! So get your clothes washed and eat some tacos while waiting! Prior to my recent visit, I hadn't been to a public laundromat in years but can only imagine that not all laundromats are so well kept. Because it was so clean and so large, I felt comfortable doing my laundry here. However, because it had been a while since I last went to a laundromat, I don't know if the prices here are average or not. For the last couple years I've been using the apartment laundry room, and the prices are at least half the price of this laundromat. So because of this, I was shocked to see the price. Then use that card in the washers & dryers. Today was a dryer special something like $.07/min? She came and showed us how to get the card; how to use the card and smiled the whole time! This laundry mat has become a favorite of mine. It's always clean. All the machines are in good working condition. The times I have come here their is an attendant walking around, cleaning, sweeping. The restroom as well is clean and always stocked with toilet paper. They also have a few sinks to wash your hands and such or looking for a paper towel. I don't have one bad thing to say about this laundry mat. You do need a card to use the washers. You just buy the card at the machine here and add your money. A little more sanitary that way if you ask me. The hours are good as well. Doesn't get overly busy but I notice before 10 am or around 10 am are a good time. read more

I haven't used a laundromat in over decades. I had a large blanket to wash. This place lived up to the other reviews. I like that there is an attendant always available. She was friendly and helpful, although she didn't answer my question when I asked her which washing machine I should use. I have no clue how many loads my blanket would have been considered to be. I think I ended up using the 6 load, and it may have been larger than I needed. My machine at home is a top loader so I'm not familiar with what would be overloading for a front loader. Anyway other than that all else was as other review said. It was pretty busy considering it was almost 8:00 pm by the time I got there on a Tuesday night. (BTW, if you read the other reviews, the taco shop next door is closed by then, but you can drive down a couple blocks to Oscar's). Recommendations to management, the woman working moved about cleaning non stop. I was very impressed to see someone being so diligent without being supervised. You have a great employee there. Instruction signs for laundering tips would be helpful like, how full you should load, etc. read more

Very confusing. They have signs for getting a refund on your card deposit but they don't honor it. They have the availability to use coming on their vending machines but they don't work and they can't give you your money back for it. This place makes doing laundry easy! It's super clean and often when I come (which is about once a week) there is a staff members sweeping or moping. I think the prices are great and you get a reloadable card to. If u put $20 on it the give u $2 on top of it. Not to mention on Wednesday's & Thursday's it one penny a minute to dry!! It is in increments of 7, So for 35 minutes of drying in A huge dryer that I dry 2/3loads in (it fits 5 loads) only cost me 35 cents! At 9pm I realized my dryer stopped working and I had 2 loads of laundry that needed to be dried. We headed to this laundromat. We arrived at 935 and it was closing at 10. Machines don't always work or even dispense soap. Dryers mess up clothes. None of the workers speak English. I have seen multiple people get upset asking basic questions and the workers couldn't even answer. All my interactions with employees have been negative and rude. They brush off and ignore anyone who does not speak Spanish. A few weeks ago one of the workers asked a man in Spanish to ask another man in English if he was done using one of the dryers. THE WORKER HAD TO ASK SOMEONE WASHING THEIR CLOTHES TO TRANSLATE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. Last time I came the machine wasn't dispensing soap and I had to wash my whole load again. I asked if I could get a refund or if there was someone to talk too about it and the worker kept telling me she couldn't understand what I was asking. Yeah cause you don't know English. If I didn't speak Spanish she would have sent me away but I asked her again and she handed me a paper and said to fill it out. Very unprofessional and rude they are here. What a waste of time! New to the area so this was my first time here. First off you have to pay $5.00 dollars to get a laundry card to use. Machines are not coin/debit card operated. Out of those $5.00 I was told only $2.00 would be used since the other $3.00 is a fee to get the card. Proceeded to buy a card at the machine, but it only accepts cash! So if you don't have cash you also have to pay to use the ATM. Makes no sense. So it'll probably be like $6-$7.00 just to buy the card plus whatever you need to wash and dry. The facilities are in excellent condition everything is clean always a courteous and helpful attendant on premises. I've been coming here for years and always appreciated how much care is put forward to keep clean. Ore COVID19 they even made disinfectant wipes available now I'm sure they are available upon request. They have a lot of positive qualities. My one issue now with COVID19 is the enforcement of facial covering by the customers. They have posted rules and expectations of customers but of course we are not all compliant all the time. When I was there recently there were 15 customers and 9 had no mask. I know some don't believe in this precaution but there are others out there who just don't want to take the chance. This is just as important for employees protection as it is for others. Use your judgement. I hope you will at least wear a mask. When I moved into my house, we didn't have the washer and dryer hooked up for a few weeks so we had to find a laundromat for us to go to. We decided on this place after the great reviews and they are so right! This place is very clean, there's several options for different size loads of washers, with options of front loading and top loading washers. The dryers are big and it's never too crazy that you can't find a dryer. They had several tv screens for my kids to keep occupied and the card you need to purchase to use the machines were really easy to use! I don't need to go to this place anymore since our washer and dryer are installed now, but if I ever have huge blankets to wash, I'm coming back here. read more

Luckily there was a nice gentleman next to me who showed me how to use the card correctly. There are plenty of places to sit and wait both inside and outdoors. Prices are affordable, and they keep this place clean. From the floor to the tops of the machines. They also have several flat screen TVs throughout so you can have different options what you want to watch if you want. It's a lot more convenient using a card versus the coin system, too! And there are a couple machines that you can add money to when needed. People are respectful of your space and they also have lots of room to fold your clothes/laundry. Super clean facility, helpful staff and to top it they had warm pizza and offered to every person to have a slice on the house!!! Our washer stopped working and we had piles of laundry that needed to be done. Found this place on Yelp and I'm so happy I did. It's super clean, the attendant is incredibly helpful and there are tons of machines. This place is awesome, this was my first experience at this laundromat and it was very positive. A bunch of machines with variety in load size, all the way to 9 loads, 5 was good for me and it was around $7 to wash and drying I used 2 dryers it is .45 cents for 7 minutes and had to do about 4 dries which wasn't bad at all for how much clothes I had, the card system is very cool and there is a atm for cash to load it up read more
