At The Cleaner Cleaners they go above and beyond the call of duty. I stopped in to have some shirts and a pair of pants cleaned and I needed them the next day. The young man helping me said they'd be ready by 5pm the next day and I was happy with that. However, I received a text message at 4:30pm the same day that my items were ready. I've been going to Ogden's for years and they started buttoning only the top button on the shirts... I guess to save time but that allows the shirts to bunch up and then I have to iron when I'm ready to wear them defeating the whole purpose for dry cleaning. TCC buttons more buttons and cross and secure the sleeves in front which helps main the press! They are always friendly and their pricing is not as expensive as Ogden's so this is my new spot!!! We have gone to this cleaners for many years. They have always done a good job. My wife went in a week with 9 pants and 10 tops. Owner marked 3 pants with stains on them to make sure those areas needed extra attention. My wife was given a receipt tag of $110. Ok, everything has gone up in price. When she went back to pickup clothes she gave owner credit card. Thinking charge was going to be $110 as agreed but he took card and put thru a charge of $220. WOW, Make sure they charge you your agreed amount. My credit card is pursuing this now fraudulent charge. read more

I have never taken anything to get dry cleaned before, but I borrowed a dress from a friend and wanted to make sure I was returning it clean. I chose this business based on the great reviews and pictures of the receipts with good prices. When I went in, the man that came to the counter was very unfriendly. He asked for my phone number and name and then took the dress and told me it'd be ready in a few days. He handed me a ticket and as I walked out I looked at the ticket and the cost was $35.00! I was very confused and almost thought it was meant to be $3.50 instead of $35.00 (since $3.50 was the price on a picture of a receipt from another review of this same business). I went back up to the counter and asked if the price was correct and if that was normal and he just shrugged.... so I asked for the dress back. He then walked away and pulled the dress out of a bin, which was all wadded up into a ball. I left the store and called another local dry cleaner for a quote. She said the dress would cost anywhere between $2.50-$10 depending on the garment, so I took it into this other business. When she looked at the dress she said the tag had a symbol that meant it was unable to be dry cleaned, which I would have never known, and was never told by the man at The Cleaner Cleaners. Very glad I went and got the dress back or else I would've been charged $35 for my friend's dress to be ruined! read more

This dry cleaning business is located in a small shopping center that also has a Japanese restaurant, insurance company, and Jazzercise studio and plenty of close parking. May get a little busy in the parking lot when the high school down the street has students getting dropped off and picked up but when I went at 1pm today the parking was easy-peasy. I dropped off a silk blouse, suit jacket, and heavy peacoat on Thursday and they had it ready for Saturday. It doesn't smell in the building and isn't blistering hot, which I've experienced at other places. The staff was helpful and told me about their frequent customer program where they give you a VIP bag and discounts for coming regularly. You can also rent one of those Rug Doctors here. My total order came to $20 and the receipt told me exactly how much each garment cost for future reference. They accept both credit and debit here. I will definitely be going back. read more

I love this dry cleaners for a number of reasons but the most important is that they work HARD!! They put in the hours to make sure that you, the client, are taken care of. On more than one occasion I was running late and despite being closed, they happily opened the door and let me pick up my clothes. They offer fast service with a smile and even tell you when they found a stain that they could not remove without possibly damaging the garment. Pricing is just right and there is plenty of parking at all times. I would avoid the mornings as it is located next to a daycare and near RBV High School but the schools in the area let out early enough that an afternoon stop is ideal and you wont have to deal with the traffic. The only gripe I would have is that they need a little coaching with Military uniforms. I take the time to remind them of the "regs" from time to time to ensure they press out the shirts as they should. Other than that, they are my go to cleaners. Highly recommend! read more

Top notch! I've been coming here for ~9 years and they are the best cleaners I've ever used..... from my days in the Air Force (dress blues), suits, dress shirts, etc. to every day needs. I dry clean a lot of my clothes. They text you when your items are ready for pickup. They are extremely quick. When they say "Same day" or "24hr" service they actually mean it. Some places advertise those services but really don't want to deliver on those services. You know, you ask for next day service and most places give you a look. Not this place. This cleaners is my neighborhood place. I have always found the owners and workers there to be friendly and helpful. I have brought everything from military uniforms to formal gowns and everyday clothes there. I recently brought in a black dress that I needed the next day and it had a few snags. They were able to get me my dress and fix the snags with no extra charge. I also once had a formal dress that had stains on it that I didn't know about. They contacted me to ask me to come in so they could talk about it with me before proceeding as they were worried it could damage the dress. I find this place to be thoughtful by doing that. Their hemming work does seem a little high in price so I haven't used them for that but they are my go to for dry cleaning. read more

Wow The cleaners did an amazing job with my wedding dress! The dress had red juice stains and it was really bad at the bottom. I was not hopeful that they would get it all out. Been a customer for years. Lately clothing is not properly cleaned. All my jackets and sweaters smelled of sweat. I called the owner said nothing he can do. After 10 yrs , he told me I should go somewhere else, if I am unhappy. That was the worst example of handling a customer complaint. I would not recommend them to anyone or ever go back. I have been a loyal customer for a couple years and it seems the customer service has dropped significantly. I recently brought in a shirt for dry cleaning and took it with me on an overseas trip. Upon unpacking my bag I found that all the buttons were missing!!! Yikes! When I returned, I brought the shirt back. They immediately stated that it was not their fault, they had nothing to do with it, and that if I wanted new buttons they were going to charge me additional fees. Every now and then, there will always be customers who think of something at the last minute and need something done in a hurry. That was me last Wednesday. As I'm selling my place, I was holding an Open House last weekend and had scheduled an interior designer/stager to come by on Thursday night to get my home ready for the photographer to take pictures on Friday. The comforter on my bed desperately needed cleaning and pressing. One place that I called in the area said it would take up to a week to get it back.
