I had a great experience here. I like that they are open early - so I could drop off my blazer before heading to the office. Also, incredibly friendly, kind humans. They originally told me my blazer would be ready on Monday, and I asked for it to be ready Saturday, which they were able to accommodate. When I arrived Saturday morning, it was ready, and it was $12.59 - which is an incredible price (in Denver, at the cleaners we use, this would be at least twice as much, with unfriendly service). First (and last) time I have used this dry cleaner. They ruined a pair of light gray curtains. Returned to me with numerous yellow stains (looks like a chemical spillage) and also what looked like a dark brown oil stain. I only took them to be cleaned to 'freshen them up' - they were like brand new when I dropped them off. Now wishing I hadn't bothered having them cleaned. Sent back to be re cleaned twice with the stains marked up - no success. Shop assistant was rude and said I must brought them in with the stains! No apology or offer of compensation, except for not having to pay the cleaning charge to ruin my curtains. Really awful customer service. read more

After moving to Carlsbad three years ago, we never really found a place to get our clothes dry cleaned. After searching yelp, we came across this place! SERVICE - The man who helped me was very kind. He asked me if I had been with them before and I said no. He welcomed me and answered any questions I had. He throughly went through my bag of clothes to ensure he rang everything up properly. I was in no hurry to get our stuff back but they were still very quick about the turnaround time. The clothes came back spotless and nicely hung. Updated: 8-7-2018 - I had picked up my winter coat about a week after I dropped it off and it was clean. There weren't any hard stains on it or anything, so it would have been hard to not do a good job on it. My bf wore it and didn't get allergies from it anymore, so the process cleaned it enough. Update: Thanks to the manager, Shelly, at the Carlsbad Dry Cleaners Club, I received reimbursement in full for the sweater they ruined. Since the District Manager refused to take responsibility for the damaged sweater, Shelly, took it upon herself to reach out directly to the owners and share with them what had happened. Upon hearing our story (and after having read my yelp review) the owners immediately contacted me and issued a reimbursement check. In the end, the company did the right thing and I appreciate that. However, the way they handled the situation is still unsettling so I most likely will not continue to patronize this business. read more

We only took one batch of clothing in and we're so far very happy with the service we received at 1/4 of the price we would've paid at the cleaners we usually go to. I need to understand what "eco-friendly" means to them to make them our permanent dry cleaners too. Paying less than $2 seems reasonable for a shirt to be laundered or dry cleaned so very tempting. This is a story of bend over backwards customer service: My wife asked me to pick up our clothes on a Tuesday because we were leaving for the airport early on Wednesday morning, before they opened. A dress that she had bought for a wedding was part of that pickup. She calls me at 6:20 asking if I had picked up the clothes yet. I had forgotten. I googled store hours, and the results that came back from Google said 7:00-7:00. I called my wife back and told her that we had until 7 to get them. I had a meeting at 6:30 but I was there early, and my wife used the info that I gave her (that they closed at 7:00) and headed over. She got there at 6:40, and they closed at 6:30 -- looked at every source other than Google, I now see that they close at 6:30. I was in big trouble because I had blown it and not gotten it done, and we were leaving early the next day. I called the number, explained the situation to the gal who answered, and she made calls to see who could meet me at the store AFTER HOURS to ring me up and give us our clothes in time for our trip. Eventually, she got ahold of someone, and I was met at the cleaners at 10:00PM by one of the employees who was 100% helpful and got us what we needed. I was 100% at fault for not doing it earlier in the day, and everyone at the Cleaner's Club was incredibly helpful and went 100% out of their way to help. Plus, the prices are very reasonable compared to the other places that I've been. As long as we live in the area, we will be coming to this place. I've recently left Encinitas (sadly), and I'm Yelping my favorite places. Dry Cleaners Club is one of them. I started with them because they were open earlier than everyone else, and I needed someone who was. However, I found they were terrific in other ways. Manager Sergio, and owner Jay and their staff are really dedicated. In the 3 years I went there, I don't remember having one problem! Just clean clothes done quickly. Sometimes, a stain wouldn't come out, and they'd work hard to try different things to fix it. One time, I came in on the way to a meeting after working out at the gym, and I realized I'd forgotten to bring a fresh shirt to change into. Sergio gave me a very nice shirt that fit me and whose owner had never picked it up! What can I say, they really look after you!!! read more

I took a suit here to be dry cleaned and when I picked it up, it still smelled like it did when I dropped it off. I told them right away and they sent it off again to be "cleaned" and it now, it still smells. I asked for my money back, no dice. I asked her what else can she do, she told me to get different deodorant. Never again will I use them and I'd double check your dry cleaning because from what I've been told, they only press the suits but don't clean them. read more
