They can restock the stuff. We are staying in Salt Lake City for my wife's cancer treatments. Walgreens where we live treats its customers with a little respect.

When I checked in the pharmacist told me to go to another window where I would be helped. Another pharmacist or clerk acknowledged I had an appointment & told me to take a seat & someone would help me. It was 3:55 when I took a seat & at 4:10 I had yet to be helped. So I asked if anyone was going to help me since I had been sitting for 15 min. The pharmacist asked for my insurance card & told me to sit again while he prepared the shot. By the time I got the shot it was 4:17 & that's because I got up & asked if anyone was going to help me. Who knows how much longer I had to wait if I hadn't spoken up. I showed up 15 min early for no reason except to wait because they didn't even bother to make my insurance card until after my appointment time. Also I was the only person waiting for a vaccine & there were only a few customers waiting to pick up meds. Walgreens should not have appointments if they're not going to honor them. It should be first come first served.

I understand the one-hour parking rule, but towing an active customer with no warning or grace period is excessive and unnecessary. Turned a simple stop into a stressful and expensive experience. I called and asked the pharmacist manager if there was a generic for my antibiotic, and he told me to download an app that helped me get my prescription for an affordable price. It made my day. Spence's always checks multiple suppliers to get the very lowest price they can for me. They do their research to find out the most affordable way for me to take the medications I need. The compounders are so kind and helpful, and they're always working with me to make getting medications as easy as possible. They are fast at compounding and filling prescriptions right after the Dr. calls them in. It's very clear that they actually care about me as a patient, which is something I'm very grateful for. I've lived in multiple different places, and have used a lot of pharmacies. But none have even come close to how good Spence's has been to me.
