Hired this company to install two bathroom exhaust fans ceiling fans and outdoor and indoor outlets. They did a good job with the outlets but that's about it. The two bathroom exhaust fans where installed without any vents to the outside which defeat the purpose of bathroom exhaust fans. This is also a potential fire hazard. I tried to contact this company but they were unresponsive after being very responsive to get the job. One of the ceiling fans they installed are also hitting my Cabinets as pictured And is usable. I would make not recommended this company at all. They will get back to you quickly to get your business but will unresponsive to your calls and messages when there are issues. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I wish I could give zero stars. Honestly I don't even have words for the extreme misfortune we've experienced by hiring this company. They came to our home to check an electrical short circuit and while in our home extensively broke multiple items in our home including a extremely precious instrument. When we asked for compensation for the instrument they tried to purchase a lesser quality version instead of providing us the necessary replacement cost. All the while they sent us the HIGHEST estimate for the actual electrical work (almost $7000) and also refused to break down and explain why the cost of the work was so inflated. During this time they questioned our integrity claiming the instrument (that we provided receipts and invoices for to demonstrate value) was the same as the one they found on Amazon and demanded proof that ours was genuinely higher value. Mind you the proof was in the physical invoice already sent to them detailing the original cost! The entire time the woman continued to argue us and then blame the fact that the instrument was broken on us, saying we should have moved EVERYTHING out of our home before the workers even arrived to ensure our homes safety. Unless you have an empty house or apartment and want to get ripped off and disrespected at the same time avoid this company at all costs. Like i said i would do zero stars if I could. Ive never been so unsatisfied and disappointed. Now not only have we lost an irreplaceable unique instrument of high value, but our home is still not repaired and we will have to start from scratch to find someone else to complete this work and lose the $75 diagnostic fee because there is no way in our right minds we can allow these people back into our home or pay $7000 for work that can't even be properly broken down and explained to us. Although my through-the-wall A/C unit could not be fixed because the compressor was blown, they were willing to stop by and diagnose the issue for FREE and would have added more freon if that was the issue. While some other companies told me it is impossible to add a main breaker to the panel and a separate main breaker box has to be added, City Electric Engineering electrician arrived with the right main breaker that matched my panel and everything fits perfectly. It's guaranteed so that's a piece of mind because I had a electrician come before city electric and said he fixed it and I still had the issue. He's like oh well stopped answering.
