I am very disappointed. I moved here recently and work with a lot of luxury clothing. The man who helped me assured me they tried several times to remove a few small stains from a couple of my trousers but all of them were still there. Having worked in the business I know that almost all stains are removable. What's very upsetting here is that when I took them home and tried to remove them myself they came out quite easily. I was only bringing them here because I don't have time to wash all of my clothes by myself as I don't have all the equipment. Even though the front desk guy was nice I'm so disappointed that it seems like they simply press your clothes and that's it.
