T-Mobile gave me an address that turned out to be the wrong. They claim they attempted the address 1 time and its the wrong address. They did not care to show proof of service until I disputed the charges. Normally a Process Server give you 3 attempts. I thought they would just send the subpoena by mail without charging me. They were incredibly…read moreprofessional, documented everything, and had excellent communication every step of the way -- from intake and understanding the project, to updates on service attempts, and calls to align on service or approval from you to serve at a specific time and day. One of the subpoenas was for a NYPD police officer at their precinct, and despite the officers behind the desk being less than friendly, the process server remained professional and carried out the job.
