Where do I even begin. I guess I should start by saying the difference between a good limo service and an utterly amazing limo service is the driver. I've been on my share of winery tours and limo rides around the city and I can safely say City Sights has been the best experience I've ever had. Benjamin made our tour around Napa enjoyable and oh so memorable. The only drawback of City Sights (and I'm clearly not docking them points on this) is the limo itself is a bit dated and wasn't as fancy as some other limo's I've been in recently, but it still did the job and trust me....after the first winery we didn't care if we were in the back of a station wagon! Ben gave us a very competitive rate (best deal we found out of the 10 places we called!!), was extremely patient with our overall indecisiveness (we planned this last minute so deciding on which winery to go to next got harder and harder after each one) he was helpful without being pushy and was just downright a pleasure to be around (he walked us up to each winery to make sure we were taken care of). Hi Limo Fans, Perhaps you have seen this guys posting on CL for a Monthly special at 50% off. Just like mom said it's too good to be true. This is a complete scam. You can call to get rates and Benjamin might return your call and tell you more than you wanted to know about the limos bragging that he can get you whatever you want whenever you want it. When you go to actually book it, he'll come up with another story that either the vehicle you request is unavailable or the rate has trippled. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Wonder what a ride is like with someone who runs the buiness end of their company so poorly? read more

Very horrible and dishonest people!!! I saw their posting on Craigslist: "Due to a last minute cancellation, we have 2 stretch limos available at $39.00 an hour this weekend" so I called the guy (Benjamin) and booked a limo for a bachelorette party. He said it was a done deal and I emailed him to confirm the night before, but on the night of the party he called and canceled on us 20 minutes before pick up time. He said that his guy was stuck in Napa and could not get to us, when I asked him why he didn't call me earlier he became very mean and unprofessional. He was extremely rude and when I asked him if he always does business like that he said "absolutely" and hanged up on me. It took us an hour but we did find another limo for a good price and very professional. read more

Hi, this is going to be long and I apologize, but please read through?! I recently had a birthday in which myself and a group of 9 of my friends rented a limo from City Sights Limo. The limo was about 45 minutes late, which wasn't really that big of a deal because when it did arrive we were pleased to see that the limo itself was very beautiful. The limo driver, on the otherhand, was not very personable. I was not quite sure what his deal was, but you would think that a person (turns out he's the Operations Manager) who knows that he's renting a limo to a group for a birthday celebration would be a bit nicer...and it wasn't as if we were a group of loud kids that were being obnoxious...We are a group of mid 20's and early 30's. We brought in 2 bags of appetizers I prepared, an extra pair of shoes for later for me and 2 birthday cd's my friends had kindly made for me. The ride started off a little bumpy, as the driver made a dangerous turn that should not have been made in a long limo IN ORDER TO GET TO A GAS STATION...something that should have been done before he picked us up, maybe in the extra 45 minutes he had??? The rest of the way to the city was fine. We were dropped off at a little place in San Fran. and at the end of the evening, were picked up by a different driver in a completely different...and much smaller limo. We realized that the new limo did not have one of my birthday cd's that we had been playing in the first limo on the way to the city and asked the driver about it. He said to call the Operations Manager/Original driver the next day and he would mail it to me. The limo dropped us off and we realized now that my shoes were missing. Asked the driver about them and he said, again, to call the next day and have those sent as well. I called the on Monday that followed and the Operations Manager, Wisler Benjamin said that he didn't find the cd or the shoes, but will look again in his cars and call me back. A week and a half went by and no call from him. I called and left a message and still no return call. A week later I called again and he answered. He said that he couldn't find them and that he would reimburse me for the shoes. 2 weeks went by and nothing from him. I called AGAIN and he said that he decided not to send the money because he asked his driver from that night about it and he said he gave us the shoes. He would not let me explain any of what really happened, but just kept talking louder and louder over me without stopping or allowing me to even answer. I was trying to ask if I could speak to the other driver and he wouldn't even let me get a sentence out. He said that there was a stipulation that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. This I could understand...if he had not changed limos and drivers half way through the evening without even saying anything beforehand so we could make sure we got our stuff! If we lost our items in the one same limo that evening because of our own faults, that would be understandable, but the fact is that we were picked up by a different man in a different car and they are now lying to get out of having to reimburse me for my shoes...not to mention my birthday cd that just disappeared...luckily my friends can just make me another. This company is clearly unprofessional and run by a person who is very shady and didn't give us a pleasant experience in the first place that evening...and ended up costing more money in the long run for shoes that I has to purchase, since they were my only comfys for work.
