Sketchy company, Beware the Bait and Switch. We never really had a great feeling about dealing with this guy and should have trusted our gut. He was sketchy and unprofessional on the phone, his emails were poorly worded, and at one point we got several SPAM/Virus emails from his account. We agreed on a specific car to accomodate our group of 14 people-- on the day we had booked the owner called and said that the Infinity (the car we'd agreed on) had broken down and he was sending another car, and assured me that it was just as big and was a nice car --it was neither. It was much smaller, the stereo didn't work, the AC and interior lights kept shutting off. The driver still charged us the full amount UP FRONT (what were we supposed to do, we had OUR wedding to be at and a 9 hour excusion planned for us and our family). *strange that the car we booked broke down on the hour drive to our house, yet the replacement car still arrived on time and with the same driver we were expecting all along.* If we had just been taking a short trip I *may* have let this all slide, but as mentioned, we booked the limo for 9 hours to take us from the north bay, to SF City Hall, to our evening destination and then take our guests home again, for our wedding. The driver had no sympathy and inisisted we pay the full amount, and then had the balls to moan and groan the entire day about the gratuity not being included --despite the owner saying repeatedly that the fee we paid UP FRONT included all fees and gratuity. If you're worried about the quality of the car and the level of service, I would highly recommend NOT using Glamorous Limo and spend the extra money on a company that stands behind their service and their staff. read more

I found Glamourous Limousine on Craigslist and am glad we used them for our recent combination Birthday Party/Livermore Valley Wine Tasting Tour! I inquired with several limo companies that I found on Craigslist, but Jeffrey, the owner/operator of Glamourous Limo was BY FAR the most responsive and flexible in putting our combination birthday party/wine tasting trip together! Our driver, Michael, was right on time to pick us up, was very accomodating is taking a few pictures of our group in front of the beautiful 10-passenger stretch Lincoln. I've used Glamourous Limousines twice in two important outings -- one driving around San Francisco to visit some of the more touristy sites for some family picture taking opportunities and the other, for wine tasting in Napa a few weeks ago. The cars were clean and roomy; the drivers --professional, prompt, and friendly (even offered to take our group pictures at the various stops); and the owner, Jeff, very reasonable and accommodating. Both times, it was by far the least expensive limo service when compared to its competitors' price-- especially if you pay in cash. Believe me, I did a thorough research on this matter since I wanted to ensure I wasn't overpaying for the service and wanted to ensure I wasn't compromising on quality either. In both instances, my guests and I couldn't have been happier with our choice! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this company. If you want a great limo service by having a clean, luxurious, and fun car with a professional driver who is prompt and friendly without your feeling as if you wish the whole experience wasn't so expensive, then this is the company for you. (Those that have used this service based on my recommendations were also very happy and would use the company again without hesitation. So, I'm glad to report others I personally know also had a wonderful experience using this company.) LOOK NO MORE, YOU'VE FOUND THE RIGHT COMPANY. Be nice to the owner, Jeff, and he'll throw- in some bottles of bubbly to start your party right and some bottles of water to down the much needed Tylenols when your group is winding down! Btw, if you're comparing prices with other companies, beware of hidden and undisclosed fees and charges when other limo companies quote you their "best price"-- some don't include the tax and tip in their quote. Ask for the "all-in" price both in cash and credit card. Also, negotiate the rate for "extra hours" up front so you don't get tagged with a crazy hourly rate if you exceed your allotted time-- you never know when you may hit traffic on the way home! If you deal with Jeff at Glamourous Limo, he's very upfront and will readily disclose these to you-- something I appreciated since the other companies did not without extra needling. read more

I booked this limo service through craigslist for a Napa wine trip. I was a little worried of how legit it would be since I don't commonly use craigslist for services. There were many good things about Glamourous limo and a few not so great things. Pros: 1st off, the price is right! It costs about half as much as any other limo service coming out of Napa. The benefit of having a limo from Napa is they plan everything for you. If you're willing to do that part on your own then Glamourous Limosine is a good way to go. The limo was beautiful. It was a clean Chrysler 300 limo and it was bad ass. Bring a headphone jack and you can play your iPod on a great sound system. The driver Mike was friendly and accommodating and showed up right on time. Cons: I took a lot of time planning the trip and getting a timeline and all the addresses to the limo company as they requested. The driver showed up without it. That was frustrating. I'm not sure if this is bad, but they had another group to pick up after us, and we had no idea. We stayed late, and the driver missed the next pickup. I was told that it would cost extra money per hour for any extra hours. I thought that meant we could use the limo longer. Overall, my group had a great time. read more

After receiving an email from Amazon Local, for a discount on "limo" service to SFO with this company I called for rates and availability for the following morning. I spoke with a representative who said I could book directly with them and receive the discounted rate and received their rates, including a $15 "early morning fee." I called back a little while later and made a reservation for 4am the next day, double-confirming both the time and fare, because we were going to cancel another taxi we'd reserved to get us (my partner and 79-year-old mom) to SFO for a 6:15am flight to the Virgin Islands, for a 16 day vacation. The next morning no one showed up or answered my 4 phone calls between 4:10am and 4:25am, so when we realized they weren't coming and there was no way to get another taxi there in time to catch our flight. we frantically unloaded all my work equipment from our car, and loaded our luggage. They never returned my messages. We incurred hefty parking fees at the airport lot. By not showing up for a 4:00am pickup they did the worst thing a car service can do to a client in the middle of the night - leave them without options and cause expenses far outweighing the cost of the service. I find it difficult to imagine anything this company could do to regain my trust and business, but I'd like to see them try. In the meantime, I'm telling Amazon Local, everyone I know, and using every public ratings forum available to warn people against using this company. read more

I prepaid through Amazon Local for a round trip ride to the airport and have had no luck communicating with Glamourous Limousines. After trying to call them five times, as well as sending them an email through their website I have had no response. I decided to call Amazon Local and they sent an inquiry to Glamourous Limousines on my behalf, and there was no response to Amazon Local either. Amazon Local has now refunded me for the service. Even if they called me and offered me a free ride, at this point I would not take it as missing a flight is not an option worth taking at any price. read more

I found a special on Craigslist and sent an email to inquire about rates. They were really quick to respond and was very precise with the details they needed for me to book a limo for my wedding. The day before, I received a call for confirmation. The day of, I received a call to let me know Michael, our driver, will be arriving in 5 minutes. I really appreciated this. Michael was great! He was very accommodating to our needs. In the initial reservations I did not input in between locations from the hotel to venue for a photo shoot and Michael was more than happy to take us where we wanted. The limo itself was really nice. DANGER!!!!! Do not Use This Company. I purchased 2 sweet Jack Coupons, I emailed the owner of the company All my departure and return info months in advance. He agreed to pick us up and drop us off. He (the owner) did pick us up (I called the day before to remind him) and get us to SFO on time in a new Mercedes, he seemed nice and professional. I verbally verified that he would pick us up from SFO upon our return, he said just call me when your at baggage claim & I'll be waiting for you. I was left at SFO with my wife and 12 year old son for over an hour waiting for this schmuck!. Owner of company knowingly screwed us over and just decided he didn't want to pick us up. We were tired from a 12 hr flight, frustrated that he left us hanging and ended up spending a small fortune on a taxi. He refused to respond to any emails or phone calls! No offer to refund voucher, no apology for leaving us stranded,this guy is a real @#$hole, not to be trusted, I hope he goes out of business, I don't know how it's possible for him to not to. read more

I booked Glamorous Limo last minute for my Company dinner. (1 day in advance). Jeff was very detailed in explaining the vehicle, that it would come with a bottle of champagne, that they were licensed and bonded, our rate included tax & tip, no hidden fees etc. When our limo arrived, it was exactly as described and our driver, Michael was professional & very courteous. We had 9 people in a 10 passenger limo. Although, I would recommend 8 people to sit comfortably. (I'm fortunate our 10th person backed out or it would have been a tight ride). We did have a small hiccup which was my reason for deducting the 1 star. I made a change to the pickup address the night before, and the driver's order wasn't updated so he showed up to the original location. Glamourous Limo did do a good job of confirming w/ me when the driver was on his way, however, next time I'll confirm the pickup location. Luckily, we were only 10 minutes away and the driver apologized profusely and gave us an extra 15 minutes to return (which we used! Thanks, Michael!) The driver had minor technical issues w/ his cell phone cutting out & GPS reacting too slow, so we made a few u-turns and detours, but hey, that's technology and I gave us some leeway for our dinner reservation in the event that there were slight delays. We had a great trip across the bay and we got to dinner on time. As our dinner ended, I texted the driver to pick us up in 10 minutes and sure enough he was there when we exited the restaurant. I'd definitely recommend Michael & Glamourous Limo. They have excellent rates for their services (quoted price included tax and tip although we did tip driver add'l at the end of the night). The last minute accommodation was awesome and I do plan on booking them for any of our future events. Thanks guys! read more

Awesome.. was exactly what I needed, when no one else could deliver. I booked this company at The last minute so to speak.. only four days away from my nephew's wedding. I figured it was a long shot, since 1, it was short notice, and 2, I only needed it for a one-way drop off, from his house to the hotel, about a 20 min drive. I contacted quite a few companies, but most were only able to accommodate if I booked a min of like 3hrs, and that was way too expensive for what I needed. I ended up finding these guys on Craigslist and sent a message. Jeff responded back to me the next day saying he could do the one-way at the time I needed, and at the right price! I got a hold of him by phone and confirmed what I needed and the details. He even called Fri eve to confirm for the next day. I actually asked if he could arrive about 15 mins prior to what we had discussed, just so we could take our time on the short dirve to enjoy it. Not only was he was on time (which I had been a little skeptical of since I had reviewed other writings on here), but the limo he advised me of, the white lincoln stretch, was delivered as promised. A 3hr rented limo had not been in my nephews budget for just the short drive, so he had scrapped it. It was a nice present and surprise! There were 9 of us, which included my 4yr old nephew, it was comfortable and really nice. The one little thing was they forgot to put the stereo face plate back in, so there was no music we could jam to, but for just the short drive it was no biggie. I bought two airport limo rides off of SweetJack.com and cannot redeem them as Glamorous Limousines is unresponsive. Calls go directly to a generic voice mailbox and are not returned. Yesterday I submitted a request to SweetJack.com for a refund. Today I decided to call SJ support, "in case I really need to talk to a live person" as their website claims, and got a voice mailbox. At least there was a professional greeting about leaving a message and the fact it would be returned, Glam Limo can't even do that much. read more

We had an awesome time on our Napa wine tasting tour for 10 ladies. The limo was brand new, shiny, clean with soda, ice and water with champagne. Prices were reasonable. The driver went to each place we asked and returned immediately after we telephoned him that we were ready for pick up. He was courteous, well dressed with professional mannerisms. After our first stop, we got back into the limo and the glasses were cleaned up for us to use again. The inside of the limo was very romantic. Had a TV too... We booked Glamourous for a ladies day in Napa with a pick up in San Fran. Our driver Michael was early and extremely attentive. He was so sweet with us and made us all feel like queens. He was even nice enough to take us to the bank first since some of the girls had forgotten to get cash. He never rushed us or made us feel like just another job. He was actually waiting on the birth of his granddaughter and i know if it was me i would be doing everything i could to hurry up and go home. The limo was nice and clean and had plenty of water and even some champagne. The owner Jerry was very helpful and gave us good suggestions in terms of time. This is the WORST limo service I have ever used!!! Apart from being late 1 1/2 hours becuase the driver had no GPS installed in the limo, he arrived with the limo smelling like MARIJUANA! Are you serious! Talk about un-professionalism and to top it off, on drugs! Not to talk about the driver driving us while under the influence! When I called and complained that the driver was SUPER late, the owner had an attitude with me telling me that why hadn't I called way before it got this late, and also told me that his driver had LEFT my place becuase I never went out to check if he was outside! UMMMMM, HELLO....I hired YOU to pick me up! You knock on my door if you are outside and ready to go! I had no idea he was ever outside! I think the driver made this up because he was so lost due to the unprofessionalism of their limos having no GPS installed, and most likely lost due to being so high on marijuana, and didn't want to get in trouble by the boss. Then again, the boss believed him and wanted to charge us for the 1 1/2 hour the driver had lost BEING lost! I wil NEVER again use this limo service! It is your day and you deserve to sit back and enjoy the ride, not tell the driver, "make a left turn here, and a right turn there, and, wait you are gong the wrong way!" I emailed this company asking for rates & availability for 1 limo. I received a response back, but even in their email, it seemed so impersonal. They never stated who they were or thanking me for thinking of them. They just gave me a generic quote. I emailed them back asking more questions about tip & tax & I never heard back. Fast forward 3 weeks later, I emailed them today because I now needed 2 limos and wanted a quote. Again, they responded very short & impersonal. Although their rate was on the cheaper side, I called them because I wanted to ask about booking my special day & ask a few more questions. The guy on the phone sounded like he could care less & his tone was cold. He did say he recognized my email & knew who I was, but was short with me. He never introduced himself & I didn't know who I was speaking with. Although he answered all my questions, I told him I had to discuss this with my fiancé & he literally hung up on me. To spend so much money on transportation, I at least expect a friendly conversation. If they treat me like this, I'm terrified to book them. No thanks... Your customer service sucks. I purchased the "Round-Trip Airport Shuttle in a Town Car for up to Three People" from Glamorous Limousines on Amazon Local. I emailed as instructed to make a reservation for our honeymoon in September. I did not receive a response email and had to follow-up on my own with the company. The driver, Jeff, picked us up early on a weekday and drove us to the airport. He was 10 minutes late because he went to the wrong address, but we didn't mind because the ride to the airport was quick. Jeff instructed us to call his number when we arrived back at SFO with our luggage and him or one of the other drivers would pick us up. Two weeks later we got back from our honeymoon, got all our baggage and called Jeff. No answer. I left him several messages with instructions on where to pick us up at SFO baggage and also called the main number for Glamorous Limousines. We waited 45 minutes at Baggage Claim (it was 11:30 at night and we had been travelling for the past 2 days) and then with no answer, had to pay for a cab. I never heard back from the company and thankfully Amazon Local refunded our full voucher purchase. read more
