The rink feels like it hasn't been updated or cleaned since the 1980s. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting with no soap, constant vandalism, and often unusable. On Friday nights, teenagers run the place with no supervision. Profanity is nonstop, vaping (including marijuana) happens openly, and staff does nothing about it. I've seen teens so intoxicated they vomited on the floor, which was not cleaned up. There is almost no staff presence, and the employees behind the counter are rude and dismissive. When concerns were raised, the response was essentially "don't come back if you don't like it." This is not a safe, clean, or family-friendly environment. If you're looking to actually enjoy skating, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Aren't 6 year olds supposed to be in bed by 9pm if they've already skated for god knows how long beforehand? The free skate price includes rentals but there's no discounted option to just skate and bring your own nicer, cleaner skates...so there's absolutely no incentive to come here more often to just skate because you're paying the full price regardless.

The only thing that has changed over the decades is that now I live a short walk down Main Street from it, and am taking my own kids. They love it, as do I. There's only one working sink and 2 usable stalls. The water temp is not controllable. It was super cold then got so hot that a toddler cannot wash his/her hands.
