The exact date and time the signature was obtained; 4. The location where the signature was obtained; 5. The complete Proof of Delivery record associated with the shipment. A delivery photograph, GPS coordinate, or a driver's confirmation does not establish that I personally received the package or signed for it. If no recipient signature exists and the package was instead left unattended, please confirm this explicitly in writing.
