I later find out that they close at 2 so I won't get my PERISHABLE FOOD that I need for a gathering TONIGHT until MONDAY. After calling customer service, one person said the reason is because "the address was wrong" and another person said they couldn't access the building. Regardless, I got no notification and the office is not closed for me to pick it up. This is a very pitiful attempt at delivering packages.

The pricing was fine for me. It's the 'need' I had that was being taken care of by them. All my information was received and as she was going through her process, she explained to me all things I needed to know. When all was setup and completed, she took my card and I added a tip because these people are doing me a great service. How relieved I was to find someone of this caliper willing to do this for me ... and setup an account so that I can continue to use their services. I was flabbergasted at that.
