The guy at the front stole my phone that I was trying to ship to Apple. He tried to take the item without giving me a receipt and then stole it. Fed ex never received the shipment and Apple had to replace the item. When my so confronted the man, he lied and tried to walk the story back. However it seemed to have every reason to do with the fact I was white. He claimed, "I didn't know that was your boyfriend" to my so. Not to mention the man said, "if there's anything illegal in the package, I don't want to know." Sounds like they're definitely shipping stuff they shouldn't be out of this location. Oh yeah, the man working the front also called my so a "f***ing b***h" as she was walking out the door after confronting him. Not to mention the lack of intelligence to steal an iPhone in 2025.... Apple shut the device down and tracked it within the day. If you need assurance your package is gonna be delivered safely, I would look elsewhere. read more

My issue is that they frequently close earlier than their posted hours. I arrived at 5:27 PM yesterday, and the hours say they close at 6:00 PM but they were already closed. Not the first time this has been the case. I will say that when they're there, they are pleasant and helpful. read more

I take all my packages here to get shipped. It's super easy! They take care of everything and the staff are always friendly! I can get packaging supplies, and it's super close to home. I love that they don't use a UPS Dropbox; rather, when you walk in, there is a sign with an arrow for UPS boxes, so you are not limited to tiny Dropbox's! 11/20/19. I just had the strangest experience at this store this morning. I came in to buy tape and packing material. The sales lady said the cost was 14.07$. When I swiped my card I noticed she accidentally put 257.00$ on my card. I told her. She said that this was the last persons transaction amount and that I needed to call my credit company to make sure it did not get put on my card. I called my credit card company in front of her and indeed it was put on my card. The sales lady said she cancelled it out and I asked my credit card company to make sure the transaction was cancelled and to flag it In case of issue. I got off of the phone and I told the sales lady I would pay cash for the items now. She said she didn't want my business and didn't want to sell me the items anymore. I was shocked. The whole time I was very matter of fact. Never lost my cool and just was taking care of the process as she asked. I turned around and walked out. I will never give this establishment my business. NOT a happy camper AT ALL. I went ahead and shipped a package with them and despite me providing the correct address, they wrote down the WRONG address on the shipping label which has resulted in me losing money ($20 worth) on priority mail and the package which is full of Christmas gifts now being sent back to me! This place is indeed pricey and if you're incapable of packing things up yourself I'd recommend going elsewhere. They have a friendly staff and its nice to know that you can bring in something and they'll handle it from boxing to handing it to the truck driver, but I imagine other places can do the same. The only time I really use this service is if someone else already paid the shipping costs (like a returned purchase, eBay sale, etc.). It's a nice drop off place and they do pack things nicely. Never had an issue with an item being damaged during shipping. I recommend them for their customer service and quality. read more

Friendly service, everything you need to ship ANYTHING. I usually print my own labels at home and drop off packages there to be picked up by UPS or FedEx, so I actually don't give them a ton of cash business. Yet, they are always friendly and helpful. One time I hadn't taped the bottom of my box well enough and they used their own tape to secure it; for free. I've seen them wrapping up the craziest things to be shipped, so if you have something fragile, oddly shaped, or large, this is your place. I don't understand why people begrudge a small business trying to make money. And USPS is NOT the cheapest or best way to ship, in my experience. $30 for two packages sounds about right to me. And I ship almost every day. read more

I just love the convenience of this shop! It's easy to get to. The wait, if there is one, is short. You can pick up a card if you decide to add one to your package. The owner is fabulous and friendly too :) sooo much better than the post office! The last time I went in to ship a package I happened to have some outgoing mail on the seat of my car and was able to drop it in their out box rather than finding a blue mailbox. Never thought I'd review a shipping store, but after trying ups a few times, and tired of the post office... I totally prefer this option. read more

This is the worst store! We have used them more than once and recently they made a huge (about $700) mistake and when we discovered they made the mistake and asked them about it they got aggressive and asked us to leave the store. They even changed the Fedex Air Bill and tried to tell us they didn't. Called Fedex and got copies of the original Air Bill and when were presented it to them they Lied. Wow. THEY made a mistake and were unable to admit or even discuss the situation. Bullies. Please don't use this store! read more

I have no idea what the person before me is bitching about, the products are very reasonably priced and it really doesn't cost much to send it off. I mean, yea if you're shipping something big and far and fast, they will charge you more. And around holidays too. But otherwise, it's not bad. Lady up front trying to handle too many things at once...put the wrong label on my package, didn't ask me for insurance. Went to the middle of nowhere. Turns out, there wasn't even supposed to be anything even sent to that place. Not only that, the address they sent it to doesn't even exist! WTF? How did my package end up in BFE? But recently every time I go in, there's an overwhelming smell of weed and this last time the woman wasn't there I think it was her husband who was. I've had nothing but great experiences at this shop. A couple of years ago they helped build a shipping box for me - and today - even better. I had been struggling with Fed Ex office to find the right box to ship a valuable item. Ace had a box that was the perfect size - charged me next to nothing for it - friendly helpful (no attitude like at Fed Ex) and told me to bring it back and she would ship it out once all was ready. Outrageous markup on UPS shipping. I brought a prepared package to ship and questioned their fee ($96.74); I was told 'the UPS tables are always wrong online'. I had checked online and estimated under $50. I confirmed that for zone 7 a 52 lb UPS rate was less than $36. I went back and asked how they justify a $60+ markup for handling the package. Response was that they have to make money and they schedule UPS pickups. I would have to drive to Commerce City to get the online rate. This in no way justifies the over $60 price gouge. Went to Post Office and sent same box for $45. read more

The customer service at this store was amazing! I needed help packaging my items and they only charged me a $2 fee plus the box and supplies they used. I shipped something by Fedex, but they quoted me a UPS price and a priority mail price as well because they are an independent shipping company. I heard the lady at the counter helping another person with a return to dish network and she was so nice and patient with them. Great people, I will be back for sure! read more

I was just there and a very elderly woman, who was clearly hard of hearing and needed a little more time than most to process the employee's answers, wanted information on shipping a package. The kid who worked there was so disrespectful and unhelpful - gave one word answers and then just stared at here like she was stupid. I chimed in to help the woman by asking "would you like a signature to make sure he gets the package?" and the guy laughed out loud - "bwaahaha!" - like he thought I was joking and walked back to what he had been doing! I said "No, I'm not joking, I'm trying to see what she wants!" She left and went to the post office, where I'm sure they'll be much more helpful. I'm never going back there. read more
