Staff who transported my vehicle, sent me an unsolicited and unwanted picture of his penis. This is extremely unprofessional and degrading for any woman to have to be subjected to receiving this. I have children. My children occasionally use my phone. I cannot begin to imagine if they would have opened that message. This is abuse of your services and harassment. He assessed the slope and the vehicle's position before attaching anything, set the winch anchor on solid ground above the ditch line, and extracted the car at a controlled rate. No sudden movement that would have made the situation worse. Walked the car with me after recovery to check the underside. Cost was communicated on-scene before work started. While his customers are still in the honey moon phase when they just get their car back. Little do they know that all these guys do is put lip stick on a pig. It's been over a year now since my "repairs" have been done and my car is literally falling apart. The fender flares he painted are chipping the rims he customized also. The grill accents are coming off.. I literally brought this guy a list of things that needed to be touched up and after he got paid he just let my car sit there. I came back and confronted and told him he did absolutely nothing and he brushed me off. He ordered the wrong emblem for my truck (twice) and instead of ordering the correct one he had one of his fresh off the boat, probably not certified employees, hack at my car and slap some 3m tape on it and literally MADE it fit. He said he ordered replacement parts, like a new fender that I needed fixed but all he did was repair the old one so he can bleed both the insurance company and my wallet. He did this for the front grille and apparently some of the front bumper covers because I just came home and saw a piece sitting on the floor.. The back of the piece had the silicone they used to stick it on instead of ordering the new one. Take my word for it. These guys are seemingly professional but in reality a bunch of crooks. First of all, the manager was so accomidating and friendly. I called beforehand to make sure everything would be ok with the coupon and to see if I needed to make an appointment. He told me to just come in, so I did. Apon arrival we were greeted with a smile and prompt service. He took down our information and got to work on my car within minutes, giving us an E.T.A. on when we should come back to pick it up. After about 40 minutes or so we returned and had to wait a couple extra minutes for my car to be ready, no biggie. When he returned he told us about all the things he found durring the inspection, not that there were many.. just that I should get some new tires in about six months.
