Update: After a few trial and errors with my headlight light. Mike and Junior got it taken care of. So far...my headlight has been through a couple storms and a car wash without concern. They said if I have any issues to let them know. ---------------------------------------------- They replaced a headlight in my 2007 Cadillac. Wasn't cheap, then I started getting moisture in my headlight again. Called, texted with Junior. He said he'd help me out. Mike told him I was out of luck. I spent $800 on a headlight that has the same issue as the one I replaced, in October. $600 for the headlight itself. Found it on amazon for $459. Once again being a woman gets me taken f. Bad experience and would not recommend. First, I went to pick up my vehicle and everything seemed alright but after a couple days I noticed the horn wasn't working anymore. I called them about it multiple times and eventually had to leave a message because they wouldn't answer. But I still didn't hear back from them even though I left my number and asked to call back. So I kept calling them and finally got them to pick up. Somehow the guy that answered knew right away who I was and the problems I was having. Makes me think they heard the message and decided not to call me back. The guy told me that I would have to pay to get the horn fixed which is absurd because it worked perfectly fine when I gave them the vehicle. I was going to have them fix it, but I will not be fooled by them twice. I also noticed that there were still scratches on the side of the vehicle which we had previously agreed that they would buff out and paint over. Lastly they called me in the middle of the operation to tell me that it was going to be a couple hundred dollars more for the parts because it was more than they thought even though they called the distributers in front of me and got the pricing for the parts during the quote. Not much I can really do about it when you are in the middle of repairing my vehicle, but this wasn't as bad as the previous two incidents. Will not be coming here again and will not be recommending them to others. read more
