Had to figure out what to do and waited for a shuttle to the cruise terminal for about 15 minutes. They charged us additional $20 for having 5 people, although we were the only ones in a big van and a person limit was not mentioned during booking. Now we're back from the cruise and have been waiting for the shuttle to go back to the car for an hour and 10 minutes, and it's still not here. The guy on the phone either doesn't pick up or hangs up. Please stay away! Not sure why i decided saving $50 compared to just parking at the port was a good idea.

They are terse, as if they are doing us a favor, and slam doors if dissatisfied with tips. Tips come with service. Each time after sending a text upon landing and arriving 10 minutes later at pick up point we had to wait 35 to 45 minutes to receive the car. The supervisors comment were, the boss does not get enough drivers, and boss wants to make big money not pay the drivers. The service is $10 a day higher then long term parking. The valet service was better while in the garage. Definitely change the company these guys have deteriorated each trip and employees have low morale and dissatisfied, end result is not caring for customer service and our expensive vehicles.
