After the longest travel day of my life, I had to wait about 30 minutes at the airport to be picked up by their free shuttle. They directed me over the phone to wait near airport pickup area which was occupied by unhoused individuals, and it was around 4am. When we finally got back to the parking lot, they couldn't locate my car and we had to drive around for 30 minutes as they had me look through hundreds of cars for my own.. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after five months of trying to resolve this directly, I feel other customers should know about my experience. I parked my vehicle at Park N Go at Fort Lauderdale Airport in February. My car entered the facility with no damage to the windshield. When I returned from my trip, the windshield had a large spiderweb crack that looked as though something had struck it. (Note for those thinking I get free windshield coverage... The car is registered in Maryland.) The parking attendant assured me not to worry and said someone would contact me within 48 hours to explain the next steps for getting it repaired. No one ever did. Over the next five months, I made multiple phone calls, sent numerous emails, and drove an hour to the facility on several different occasions trying to resolve the issue. During one visit, an employee reviewed the security footage with me and confirmed that my vehicle entered the lot with an undamaged windshield and exited with the damage. He provided me with the manager's contact information. Despite contacting the manager immediately, I never received a response. After additional attempts, I was given the owner's contact information. Again, I called and emailed multiple times without receiving a single reply. On another trip back to the facility, I was told the owner was on a cruise and to call back after the weekend. I did, and still nothing. The most disappointing part of this experience isn't even the damaged windshield--it's the complete lack of customer service and accountability. Had someone simply communicated with me and worked toward a resolution, I likely wouldn't be writing this review. At this point, after five months of being ignored, I will be paying to replace the windshield myself. I understand that accidents can happen anywhere. What matters is how a company responds when they do. Unfortunately, my experience with Park N Go has shown me that once there's a problem, you're on your own. They seemed a bit disorganized but got the job done. I wasn't a big fan of leaving my keys and the park the cars like sardines but my car was still there and not damaged when I got back so I guess it works. You might have a few issues trying to exit with the shuttle letting people off and blacking the access but you'll survive. The shuttle drivers know their way around and get you where you need to go and pickup was fine. Just a little wait for the shuttle so cant really complain. I would probably use them again only because parking at Port Everglades is so ridiculous. read more

We mostly cruise out of Port Everglades or Miami, often on our way to various Caribbean islands, many times traveling with our children and grandchildren, eleven of us. Parking off site at Park 'N' Go by the pier is wonderful for Port Everglades. Sign up for an account after downloading their app. Book ahead with the app. They do fill up!!! Especially during holidays. You will get discounts based on the number of days you park there. I book and pay for all 3 families and put them on my card, so savings add up quickly. They promptly take you to your ship. One very nice thing... they waited for us all to arrive and took us to the ship, all eleven of us, together. We got picked up at the pier as our group of 11 as well. We had told them when we were returning, and though we called for the van back to their site, the van was already at the pier, waiting for us, or seemed, as we walked to their pick-up location. They valet park your car when you drop it off and upon your return, the van drops you off right at your car. Nice service. A fun thing: way back in the 1940s, I think, a group of monkeys escaped from a lab somewhere in the Fort Lauderdale area. They found their way to a wooded area right next to Park'N' Go, and their descendants still live there. If you're lucky, when you drop off your car, you may see them, though, most of the time they hide from humans and the traffic. To give you an idea of the difference: Our experience at the Port of Miami, however, has been very different. We tried to park at an off site location one time. What a nightmare! It was in a public parking garage. You park your own car wherever you could find a spot in their designated area of the garage. Then you were to call for a pickup. It took forever for them to arrive...(or felt that way,anyway). The others we were traveling with parked onsite at the pier. They waited 45 minutes for us to arrive curbside. At the pier in Miami, onsite parking is simple. You can park and walk your luggage across the street to the ship. read more

Park 'N Go  1101 Eller Drive   11/2025 3-Night parking for a cruise.  This is a good service & I will use them again. I pre-paid on-line, drove my car to the lot, gave the car key to the valet, they took my passengers & bags to the pier. When the cruise was over they picked us up at the pier & brought us to our car.  NO DRAMA - NO BS - Professional People. Warning: The cruise terminal holds 6 ships. The intersection of  Eller Dr & SE 19 Ave is a hot mess. The police were NOT directing traffic.  When dropping off your car -  give 25 min for this intersection. read more

A van is always waiting to take you to the airport and when you get home, there's always one within 5-10 minutes of arrival. Best part, they drive you directly to your car! Wow! You pull up, they take your bags and take them to the shuttle which is right there. They then take your car and valet. Give you your ticket and you're on your way. Make sure to make reservations bc the place was fulll. You're them dropped off right there at the port and drop your bags and off you go onto your cruise. After the cruise they're right there outside of customs and take your bags and drive you right up to your car !!! Super easy. Super stress free and no lugging all your bagaage around. The only thing I would suggest is giving out water bc by the time you leave the ship and get through customs I was thirsty. read more

Busy facility near Ft Lauderdale airport. We dropped our car off and were immediately taken to the airport. Van's run constantly. We called on our arrival back and were picked up within minutes. We usually have a good experience here, but lately it's on the decline. Last trip, the driver was rude and drove horribly, almost getting into an accident. This trip, there was no pickup bus at the terminal, and the agent who answered the phone argued with us that he was there (six other customers and I said diff). She hung up on me and my husband when we tried to get information, again insisting he was here. On the third call, she said someone was on the way and hung up AGAIN. Of course, I called back again. Her manager (?) defended her and said that they have a lot of calls coming in. Probably less if you answer truthfully the first time. Just a thought. read more

I had an emergency cash stash in my car and when I returend from my cruise to get in my car yesterday, the money was stolen. This is my new go-to parking place when traveling. Not only are their prices unbeatable, but the service is bar none. After reading several reviews, our Yelp app took me to their website to make the purchase. Nugget: the savings is not in the check-in discount, but in paying in advance. However, if you would rather pay at the lot, then go ahead and use the coupon. Although the directions were a bit confusing, once there, everything progressed without a problem. The driver handed each of us a yellow paper with our parking section row and space on it for the return. They literally pick you up and drive you back to your car and help you with your luggage. Tipping is terrific, so I encourage it!! Both the male and also the female driver (departure shuttle and arrival shuttle) were courteous and very helpful. Their system is truly seamless and the large lot is safe and secure. The only inconvenience was that I had to walk from Southwest - Terminal 1 to pickup area E when I arrived in order to get on one of their shuttles, but that's just laziness on me, that's not on them. I hope they will continue to offer great pricing with top-notch service as they currently do!! read more

Driver picked us up at cruise terminal, but he did not want yo lift my suitcase on the bus. He made a smart comment when he took it from me after I told him zi could not lift it because of surgery. When we arrived at the lot, he unloaded my wife's suitcase and gave it to the wrong couple. We were not aware he did it. When he dropped us off at our vehicle, he tried to give my wife the wrong suitcase. At the least I was upset. My wife had to run to the front gate to try and stop the couple before they left with the wrong bag. By the grace of God the couple had not left yet and she got her bag. When I told the manager what happen he said it was my responsibility to watch to ensure our bags were not given to the wrong people. Park and go do not tag your bags when they load them. We will not leave our car here again. There was even wild monkeys jumping in parked cars eating bananas. Crazy! They should give our money back I told them but they refused. I have parked here multiple times. They are primarily valet parking but will let you park your car and keep your keys if you ask. I've never waited there more than 15 minutes before the shuttle took us to the port and they have always been outside waiting for us even on a cruise that returned 5 hours late to a different terminal due to weather. In February, 2025 I began communications with "Rick" of ParknGo in Ft. Lauderdale regarding damage to my truck while parked in the Ft Lauderdale lot. Finally, at one point I left a negative Yelp review due to his lack of handling the damage claim. Shortly after the negative Yelp posted he contacted me and I ended up removing the negative review based on his offer to compensate me with 75$ and one week of future parking. Keep in mind this isn't a HUGE AMOUNT. Needless to say not one word from him since March. Therefore this is the reason I am leaving a negative review AGAIN of how my damage claim has been handled. Or rather "not" handled. I would suggest anyone experiencing vehicle damage in the future at this company to insist on dealing with their insurance company and not "Rick." read more

The easiest and most professional service provided. You show up at any time, in my case, 5am, and they tell you to leave your key on the seat. You then hop on a shuttle and are taken to the airport and dropped off at your airline. You are given a yellow slip, with your special number to save for when you return. I was immediately told to also take a picture of the front and back incase I lost it. That in itself was a great precaution. When I returned from my trip to Fort Laudedsale airport, there is a designated area to meet the various shuttle companies. Sooner after, ParknGo arrived. I noticed other people waiting longer for other companies to come and we're frustrated standing in the summer heat. The driver asked me for my yellow ticket, which I still had and asked for the make and model of my car. When we arrived, my car was waiting for me. I had prepaid, so it was a very effortless experience. There was a women sitting in a kiosk on the way out who confirms that you paid, and then the gate goes up and you leave.
