I've been to the Marshalls store, Dressbarn for work clothes and I have also gone to LensCrafters for an eye Doctor appointment. There are other stores here too including Target, Kohls, Famous Footwear, etc. Also, Cox and Sprint are located here for all your mobile/phone and internet/cable needs. There is an AMC movie theatre here too although it is not actually part of Westgate since it is in a separate strip mall directly west of Westgate. I do wish there were more stores here but who am I kidding? I don't shop that much these days so this mall provides the basics....lol. If you are looking for more stores and/or top designers then head over to the Crocker Park mall or Beachwood mall. The parking lot here is huge to accommodate all the cars coming in and out of the mall so you won't have a problem finding parking. When it's my turn, a lady exchanges places with the original cashier and rings me up. No hello, good day, is this all for you. She totals my order, then steps away and the original cashier returns and looks at me. I said oh hello. And he just points towards the pay machine. Well, I completely declined to spend my money and said my neither of you said hello and left. Listen, customer service is real and I refuse to spend my money at any establishment that doesn't respect that. And their freaking smocks say they are here for the customer. My biggest complaint about the store is the 'stuffy' atmosphere when you first walk in. There were two women working and I felt like they were staring everyone down in the store the whole time and not in an eager to help way. Aside from that, I got some really great fabric remnants and a couple other nice items and the prices were totally reasonable. I think this store is geared more toward and older crowd, but has a good variety of items.
